It was a horrible room. The draft from the front door was so terrible that thanks to the housekeeping staff they provided me with extra towels that I could put not only on the floor for the cold draft but I also had to use a towel to place between the door frame and the door to minimize the frigid cold air draft. BTW the accompanying restaurant where I ate. I've experienced better high school cafeteria meals. Oh, and don't be fooled by the false advertising of the continental breakfasts. I stayed Friday and Saturday. I didn't exercise my right to breakfast on Saturday but I was informed that there was no breakfast on Sundays even though they advertise this on their website and even in their breakfast room in the hotel. Not to mention a very poor attitude when I brought this to their attention. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. Highly not recommended.

Virginia Quality Inn Reservation #: 37810602 2/8/24-2/11/24 My stay and its conditions were deplorable. I am requesting a full refund. The first room given (room 108) was filthy, had a large roach crawling on the wall, had a dead roach in one of the refrigerator compartments, the phone was dead and did not work. I called the front desk and was told by the clerk he found that hard to believe and I told him I had pictures. The clerk changed my room to room 120 the conditions of that room were also dirty and raggedy, the toilet seat was filthy, I know this because I cleaned it with the wet wipe and it came clean (have before and after photos), the walls were filthy, the ironing board cover was filthy, The chair cushion was filthy and the shower head was not properly connected to the wall. I was told I would be getting a handicapped room as I am a senior service-connected disabled veteran, the room was not handicapped and stepping into the tub to shower pose a potential fall risk. This horrible stay aggravated my anxiety, I didn’t sleep well and after seeing those roaches I was not able to eat the food there that was provided free of charge or sold. Rooms were clean. We did receive a room where the lever to operate the bath/shower was loose from the wall. I didn't like that towels were replaced every 3 days. Other than that our stay was fine.

Only complaint was the bathroom, specifically the shower, was a little grody. Not dirty, just chipped in many places. Also the hairdryer didn’t work.

Horrible stay
Room and bathroom extremely dirty, bugs, knats, and the beds made a drum noise every time you moved! Not worth the room cost at all. The pictures online were misleading. Front desk stated all the beds in every room were like this. Afraid to take a shower.

Low expectations
The pool was green with a couple broken chairs around it. The shower was dirty and the faucet had splatter left from the previous guest. The in room coffee make was growing mold. We had low expectations but come on… at least wipe things down!

We booked the room last minute but room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The tub was cracked so when you showered you had to stand at the very back of the tub. Overall needed a huge update.

The folks that manager the hotel are friendly, I have stayed there over the last 4 years for the IMSA race at Virginia International Raceway. It has continued to go down hill, they do their best but for almost $500.00 for 2 nights and 30 miles away it is over priced.

Enjoyed Our Stay
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was really friendly and accommodated us well. The Cleaning Staff was Outstanding. The only Complaint I have was there was No Working In-Room Telephone.

1960's style open..well worn..painted over multiple times, very old and dirty carpets, assortment of individuals around the property wandering..large cockroaches around premisis, wasnt cheap ..so I was disappointed it was a $65 dollar hotel for $135

Great staff but I will not stay here again.
Staff was very friendly and polite. The room was absolutely disgusting. Smelled like mild/mildew as soon as we opened the door. If we had not been driving for 8 hours with 2 small children i would have demanded my money back and found a different hotel. Unfortunately i could not afford to. Would have spoken to staff if i thought it would have gotten me anywhere. Both small babies and myself woke up with bad congestion due to the mold/mildew. The carpet felt damp but at the time i assumed it was because the a/c was running and it was just cold. The beds were the same. The smoke detector was pulled out of the wall as well. Didnt think to grab photos.

We checked in after a long drive. We stayed for 40 minutes before deciding to leave for another hotel. Room was dirty and very run down. All we could smell was weed. Beds were horrible. Tub felt like it was about to fall in a hole. I didnt feel it was a safe environment for my family. Would never recommend this place.

The room smelled terrible (musty and urine smell). There was a huge stain on the comfortable. I had to ask that the bedding be changed. I wouldn't stay here again.
