The beds definitely are Queen size, in 12 years, we have never ever installed a Double/Twin size bed into one of our Signatures Properties, its only Queen or above. I will speak to housekeeping in relation to the hygiene items that you've mentioned, so we can rectify this immediately, I apologise that you encountered these. Our apartments were loved by our previous guests and its only odd that you will rate us low when you do not take responsibility of your own booking and do not know when your check out date and blamed us from getting locked out.

Hi there Jenny, We are sad to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay with us. As per our normal procedure we tried to contact you 10, 7, 5 and 3 days prior to your arrival, and were unable to contact you, as well as sent emails with all the information you needed for check-in. Due to the time of the year, all properties in Darwin are busy, and unfortunately cannot allow you to check-in early, ask anyone who frequents this city. It is quite offensive that due to you not being available to speak with us, that you go and disparage the cleanliness of the property - we pride ourselves on the condition of our apartments. We in fact ensured it was spotless prior to your arrival (I personally made sure of it). If you really actually had any problems, any normal person would have brought it to our attention and we would have promptly attended to it. We had no such communication. I wish you well for the future, and hope that no other properties have to go through this experience with you.

Hello Emmanuel, We are sorry that you feel this way. We had discussed many times with you that we were having issues with the provider in that room, and I did attend your room whilst you were out as agreed, left a card on the table to let you know I had been. We offer the WiFi as a "Free Service" not an included in your room rate service. I would recommend taking a leaf out of most smart business people's book and ensure you have an alternate method of accessing the internet available rather than completely relying on Free Services. A dongle bought from the supermarket is a very low cost insurance policy. Also our operations centre is located in Manila, Philippines for those are wondering, manned by experienced professional staff who have been working within our company for 4+ years. One last thing - Threatening to sue people is not an ideal way to get what you want.
