Very nice
Overall, very nice stay. Hotel is connected to SM mall, making everything a lot easier. Breakfast was very good as well and staffs were very nice. Would recommend this hotel for both travel and business trip.

It surely is a good hotel!
In general it was a good hotel and I had enjoyed my stay there except the noise coming from the next door as there was a door in between the two rooms. But they kept quiet after they got the instruction from the reception. Other than that, the breakfast was good, the room was clean and staffs were very friendly. Situated right next to the SM mall and very convenient for the convention. Lots of good restaurants in the mall. Good hotel!!

Great hotel!
Overall it was a great hotel but the guest in the next room made such a noise that I felt like I was in the war and finally I had to ask at the reception to tell them to be quiet. They eventually became quite but I had suffered for three night in all as the guest kept changing. The two room had connecting doors in between the rooms. That was why it was so noisy. But other than that everything was perfect. Skillful, friendly and helpful staffs. I will definitely stay there again.

가격에 비해서 좋은것 같습니다. 화장실 샤워시 물줄기가 좀 약하지만 그래도 양호합니다. 운동시설은 좀 빈약합니다. 그리나 바로 앞에 쇼핑센타가 있어서 아주 좋습니다.

The Park Inn by Radisson is a very modern hotel attached to a mall which makes dining, shopping, and currency exchange conveniently available. Hotel staff are very friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist. The rooms and all public areas are very clean. Swimming, gym and parking are available. I highly recommend this hotel. This will be my “go to” hotel next time I’m in Davao.

information staffs don’t smile at all, the service is poor, television wasn’t working until the next day. the pool water and showers are so cold. If you order something you have to wait for a long time before you can have it. The aircon is so loud we had hard time sleeping and I think it’s dusty because my housedust allergy was triggered.

Hotel is extremely nice with a very pleasant ambience. However, their bath amenities were not refilled as we run out of shower gel, liquid hand soap were almost empty and only 2 towels were provided even though the number of guests were confirmed prior to arrival. They also mentioned that only 3 guests are allowed in the room which is a contradicting information as expedia clearly says that, "sleeps 4" which adds stress during our check in process. They didn't even mention that I got a food and beverage credit not until I ask them to confirm it on their side. If I didn't check thoroughly my reservation in expedia, I might have lose those credits. Also, the bedside telephone in the room is also not working. I even have to go downstairs to ask them about placing room service order or any other way to contact them. They advised me to use the telephone in the bathroom which is not ideal since I have to wait for someone to finish using the bathroom before I can even call room service. Lastly, when we placed orders in room service for breakfast there are some items missing. We only asked for extra plate, spoon and fork but those items didn't arrive. Much worse, the black tea that comes with Filipino breakfast is also missing. We called 3 times to follow up for those orders, but to no avail. The reason I gave them 3 stars is only because of the location, room condition and for being a beautiful hotel.

Sound proofing inadequate. TV of adjacent room sound was on from 11:00 pm to 2:30 am. Room service for porter didn’t show up Food is terrible- bad preparation and too salty that the chef apologized. Front desk was too slow and keeps making error with the bill.

There was mould in the shower on floor and walls. We were told breakfast was included when we booked out however we were told it wasnt .All in all it was an expensive breakfast for a cup of coffee that wasnt really good and a piece of whatever the toast was ,which was raw and very doughy. And cost 1500.peso .Next time in Davao we will find somewhere else

The staff was very friendly however the gym was closed and they were using an empty room as an alternative gym with only one treadmill and it was president and only a few weights. The room we slept in was clean and housekeeping was very courteous and helpful and always kept our room spotless. Breakfast was nice and staff was willing to cook anything we needed if it wasn't on the buffet. Once they get their gym remodeled it should be the perfect place place.

This was our 3rd stay at the Park Inn, and they have all been wonderful. No complaints. Great and friendly staff, always ready to be of help. When we reached the room, the safe was not working - dead battery. I called the front desk, and within minutes maintenance was there and fixed it quickly. Very efficient operation. Having a 3 level mall across the street, with numerous restaurants, and a covered sky walk from the hotel is really convenient.

The hotel was in a convenient location and was walkable. The food choices on the menu were sometimes unavailable. I did not receive my VIP perks.

It took for them about 2 hours and a few phone calls from me to bring a pillow to my room. Beds are tiny, bedsheets dirty, no face towels. Food is the worst I tried in my entire life. They brought us pizza covered with onions on pre make dough from grocery store. All food was horrible. My 12 years old kid cooks better.

The property is very quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. The bed sheets are super soft, boasting excellent cotton quality, and the room size is very large compared to similarly rated properties. However, the washroom's plumbing system, including the shower and sanitary fittings, is old and showing its age. When compared to other similar 4-star hotels, it doesn't meet those standards. The breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. The staff is extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. Finally, if you're looking to swim in the pool, be aware that due to the hotel's orientation, it doesn't receive any sunshine at all during my stay, which was in the first two weeks of December.
