Hotel wasn't in good condition, bathroom had bunch of holes around tub that were not properly fixed. overall the room look old and not in great condition.

Avoided the elevator . It took a prolonged time to get started after the doors closed . Took the stairs instead.

It was an adequate space. The only chair in our room was the desk chair, which meant no straight back chairs for comfort. The plumbing was old. The sink took a long while to drain.

The stay overall was what you’d expect. The room was spacious and updated. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. The bathroom wasn’t great. The sink was clogged when I got there and there was significant rust and dirt around the tub area. The hotel, while updated, is definitely older. You can hear everything through the floors and walls.

First, staff was not very friendly. Second, the 2nd floor had a bad odor, but appeared clean. The property is obviously rundown with needed maintenance. Electricity went out over night along with telephone service to front desk which caused anginous for several hours. I would not pick this hotel if we return. There are nicer ones in the immediate area.

On the second day of my stay, I was lockout of my room, my keys doesn’t work. On the last day of my stays. They’re a black out the whole hotel. No light and elevator not working. No emergency flush light in the room. Going to pick at 4:30 am in the morning with no lights. The breakfast was good for the first two days, unfortunately there is no breakfast on three days because of the blackout.

It was a very nice place. They offer a nice pool, good breakfast, and staff was super nice. Only con was the bed was super uncomfortable.

Shocked at their approach to customers. The issues come from the top. Need major changes to customer service Not one desk clerk ever said “hello.” Breakast was all processed somewhere in a factory. Maybe standard for the area.

Great Stay
We have returned to this area several times and stayed at Country Inn and Suites. The hotel is very clean, breakfast amazing, and staff very accommodating.

Great place to stay!
Front desk staff and breakfast staff were amazing. Hotel bed was amazing!! Our jetted tub could have been cleaner. The room also had some spots that needed repair. Overall this place was EXCELLENT.

Front desk staff not often at front desk. Security bar on door missing. Breakfast area dirty. Lamp in room broken and needed replacement. Hotel room next to ours door didn’t shut and could enter anytime. TV randomly turned off because the outlet was damaged and would not stay plugged in. We were traveling across country so for a pit stop this suited us fine. All minor inconveniences but they add up after a while.

The property was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. My problem was the bathroom smelled like sewage and in the morning water was dripping out or the ceiling vent in the bathroom all over the floor and toilet. Someone may have flooded the bathroom above.
