They are in the middle of remodeling the rooms. So once they finish, the furnishing will be more comfortable.

Never been to a Double Tree that looked more like a cheap Hotel. I was looking forward to using the pool just to find out that was not operational (wished it was mentioned at booking), I tried to be positive and decided to just use the bath, but it had no plug to stop the water. I reached out to the FD and was told they had none. At arrival were told breakfast was included and gave us the times, next morning found out that it was not and we were charged for it. Room was not comfortable, loud hvac - had to choose between the room being cold or being loud. Would never stay at this location again.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, as soon as we arrived to the 3rd floor via elevator the over whelming stench of weed about knocked us over. We were also kept up by the sound of some animals having a track meet on the roof. We could hear every little footstep.

Heat didnt work. Called and two days later they come up at midnight and say we can switch rooms. Couldnt switch because my girl was at work. So next day asked for discount and was refused and asked to pay another deposit. Rather go to the red roof inn.

Stayed Thurs & Friday. Nobody at hotel on Thurs, but they put us right next to first floor exit door to parking, super noisy. NO HOT WATER BOTH DAYS FROM 11-5. No comped breakfast, expect a lot more from a Hilton property. In spite of all this, staff was excellent, especially Julia running restaraunt/ bar area.

Not Impressed
The hotel had a very foul odor throughout the hotel. The room was not cleaned well. There was different smears throughout the room. Dried blood on wall by tp holder. The couch had stains and crumbs on them. Breakfast was $15 per person. Over not impressed at all.

Everything was pretty nice however they didn’t bring towels or clean your room each day. You were able to ask front desk for towels, they were very friendly.

Short, comfortable stay
Good service, clean rooms. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Did well to ensure the family event went smoothly.

Our room was large and reasonably clean and comfortable. Too much noise from parties downstairs. Not enough parking for hotel guests due to parties. Decor was dated. Breakfast was not included. Would not stay again.

Updates to the property were very nice. The pool however needed some shock as the water was murky and a little green.

The room was very nice. It was 78 degrees in the room. We called the desk and they said to give it some time to cool down. It never did. Hard to sleep in a 78 degree room.

The Double Tree is clearly under new management, I'm so disappointed that it isn't as nice as it used to be. The bedding, pillows and towels are now all cheap and limited. They used to have these lush beds with soft sheets, plush dovets and tons of fluffy pillows. Now everything is cheap, old and for a king bed their was 3 extremely uncomfortable pillows. They had no breakfast, almost nothing in the hotel lobby, the room keys expired in 12 hrs so we needed multiple trips to the front desk which was frustrating, they no longer clean rooms daily, just really reduced in quality

Spend your money somewhere else.
Found a dirty coffee cup in room shortly after arrival. Stains on walls, couch in 1 of our rooms was broken. What appeared to be bug powder on carpet at head of bed made me a bit nervous. NO HOT WATER for 3 days. water dripped in bathroom for 3 days. Toilet seat about to fall off, requested repair but it was not fixed.

First room I was given had stains on sheet, broken shower head, broken leg on nightstand something missing on couch where the entire cushion and you just fall into it. In new room things were not broken but there were rusty looking stains in bathroom and couch had the same issue. Also the room was never cleaned over the 4 nights although someone was coming in the room and taking dirty towels but not making bed, taking trash or brining any new towels.

The staff was great. Nice and helpful. However, the property condition was horrible. Stains on the carpet, wallpaper peeling, one of the side fire door entrances has complete split jagged edge that looks horrible and is a a hazard potential for a hand injury…desperately need refurbishing and a complete gut and remodel…
