The ladies that checked us in we're wonderful. All though, the condition of the hootel is very outdated.

Wish toilet had been flushed before we arrived
Room smelled damp and of mildew, room service had not replaced used soap or flushed toilet.

Room was dirty and felt very low quality. Hotel badly needs an upgrade. Staff were very nice. Hotel is not up to Marriott standard.

I didn’t like not knowing that we had to pay to park there after we paid all the money to stay there. They also did not make sure we had clean towels or any of that kind of stuff.

Great people!
Needs some updating. Shower head sprayed out the back and wallpaper was coming off the walls. Hinges on bathroom door were rusty. Needs an update.

MIXED REACTIONS
For the price, I would pass on this hotel. It’s in major need of updates/fixes. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, bathroom door was patched with caulk. Breakfast? We passed. Staff was very friendly and it’s convenient to restaurants and I-75.

Although a little date to in Warren, a nice, comfortable and reliable hotel with nearby, walking distance, dining and amenities. Very friendly staff!

Big Disappointment
I requested an upper floor room and got stuck on the first floor. I also requested to not be near the vending machines and ice machines and they were right outside our door! We spent 2 nights there and our room was never made up. I don't mind reusing towels, but the least they could do was make the bed - and if they weren't going to make up the room - they could have let us know. I don't know if this fiasco - bottom floor with the vending and ice machines right at our door - was done on purpose, but we are done with this Fairfield Inn.

Great for a short stay
We stayed one night. Room was very clean and comfortable. We weren't there long enough to enjoy any of the amenities but we enjoyed our short stay.

This property was conveniently located right off I-75. It was very clean, seemed like new! Staff was very friendly, and breakfast was as expected.
