Hotel was clean and quiet. Room was perfect size and bathroom was clean and stocked. Only issue was that the tub is slippery when wet. Almost fell twice

The toilet in our room ran constantly, despite two requests for maintenance. In addition, the refrigerator was quite noisy. Housekeeping seemed substandard—only done every other day, and toiletries were not refilled. Back entrance was poorly lighted, with no ramp to use when pulling luggage.

We booked a hotel for 2 nights, it was $300, the jacuzzi was off limits because it was closed and the pool wasn’t heated it was freezing, our first room wouldn’t run hot water and had stains on the sheets, we got another room it was better but there is no jacuzzi tubs like there is in the pics which is really upsetting other then that it was ok.

We got bumped down to a junior suite the day of our check in. Was notified only hours before we left for our trip. This was due to the whirlpool needing maintenance. Nothing was stated about the main floor pool and hot tub being closed as well.

Short anniversary trip to the area. Pool was closed for renovations. Great location near shopping, restaurants, and the Nutter Center

I did have an issue. The room was not described properly, but when I called front desk they came right away and helped me move to another room. Super friendly as well.

Entry, lobby, and bar/restaurant were standard to Hilton Garden Inn. The room had an electric shade that did not work so could not see out window. Shower had no shower curtain so bathroom soaked with water after showering.

Nice hotel in a nice area
Nice hotel in a nice area. A lot of dining options within a couple miles and only 10 minutes from the Air Force Museum.

The trash of the hilton hotels
This was the worst experience ive ever had. Spent all this moneh to be treated like trash l arriived. Then after a long hard emotional day I thought i was going to get some relief in the jacuzzi tub.. NOPE. there is no drain stopper. Wish i could gwg a refund or a different stay

Tired facility. Needs investment for maintenance and upkeep. Looks tired and dirty from wear. Staff are nice but need more professional polish to step up a level.

Pros-The hotel itself appeared to be very nice, and the rooms were very clean. The bar was a nice feature and the bartender was very friendly. Pricey though. Cons- the beds were awful and none of us got any sleep, in the gym, half the equipment was down, the hot tub was down, the pool area didn’t seem as well kept as the rest of the hotel. for much cheaper price, you can add breakfast when reserving the hotel which you need to do if you’re planning on eating breakfast there. The breakfast was no different than any free breakfast in any other hotel but they were trying to charge $12 a person for it. Online they give you a voucher when you get there but still charge you and give you a bill to leave a tip. The whole thing was a little off to me, seeing as how the only thing the lady did was pour my coffee, which I could’ve turned around and poured myself at the self-serve station, I wasn’t sure why we would be tipping anybody for that. Typically any hotel with the free service has an attendant for breakfast no, I wouldn’t mind tipping that attendant but the way they go about it didn’t sit right with me and the breakfast definitely wasn’t worth $12 a person. We could’ve gone for close to $50 and had breakfast at IHOP and ate some thing I actually wanted .

Toilets wouldn’t flush, cold water in the shower, hot tub was broken and the pool was so cold a polar bear couldn’t have swam In it.

Room had an odor. Iron did not work. Refrigerator did not work. No bedding in the room for sofa bed. Front desk did deliver it promptly on calling, though.

Nice place to stay.
Great stay. We had driven 600 miles from our home in NC to Dayton. We were en route to our final destination in Indiana. Everything was as we have come to expect from HGI. It would have been nice to have been comped 3 breakfasts as we did drive so far and we were repeat customers staying at HGI Beavercreek. Thanks.

The room smelled heavily of chlorine, the walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors speaking at normal volume, the toilet needed to be flushed two or three times to be cleared, and there was a dripping noise from behind the air conditioning vents.
