Very clean, newly renovated hotel, close to the freeway. Breakfast was as usual, but fresh. Not many eating places around, however we found Frieda’s, a Mexican restaurant. It was amazing. We had their salads, which were large portions and so healthy tasting. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and attentive. Will most definitely again. Appreciated that I pets were allowed as I have allergies and cannot be in a room with a dog or cat.

The location is great! We love downtown Tipp City! We made a special trip there from Michigan because we first visited April 2023 & loved the town!! We stayed at the comfort Inn last year, too! Thanks for the opportunity!!

Clean, quiet room with nicer updated decor. I didn’t use the pool or eat breakfast, but both looked good. Bathroom had a little water damage visible, but it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the room. Enjoyed my stay.

Pool was clean and warm, didn't smell like Chlorine like many Hotels do. Didn't have enough towels for our room so we had to grab one from the pool area. Breakfast was average but good enough.

Great place!
Love staying at this place. I am a regular and they always book me in the same room which is always nice. Super friendly decent breakfast. Would always recommend.

Water pressure in shower not good. When we arrived the room was freezing the heat had not been turned on. The auto setting not working. So had to turn heat off in middle of night way to warm. The smoke alarm was chrirping when we arrived. Over all i thought price was to high. Manager came and replaced battery.

Beautiful European look with the wood floors in the rooms & beautiful carpet pattern in the hallway. There was also a nicely heated pool so no need for a hot tub. What a great experience. The breakfast could use a fresher touch & thicker waffle batter, way too watered down. But all in all we enjoyed our time here.

THIS HOTEL WAS SPOTLESS! SAFE AREA. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast bar was clean, had plenty of food and was kept open much later than advertised. The rooms were updated and stylish.

Staff members were friendly and polite. The hallways, common areas, and room was clean. The bathroom was clean well stocked with towels. A microwave and coffee maker were available and large size TV could be viewed from both beds. The breakfast had the usual fruit, cereal, juice, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, eggs & sausage, waffle maker, bagels, muffins, cream cheese, jelly, peanut butter, fresh coffee, tea and more. If that’s not enough. Bob Evans is within walking distance. The only thing that seemed out of place was the high pitched noise when the elevator was operating. I was there during the weekend so maybe a repair person had been called and the repair will be made Monday.
