We wanted a clean safe comfortable place to stay. Also a breakfast included. The hotel met all our expectations. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable as well! Room was a long bed and the room was spacious and comfortable with a work table and chair and a sitting chair as well.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for me to get to my destination and there were plenty of restaurant choices. I feel more detail could have been used in cleaning tge room and replacing toilet paper and tissues.

King room w/ jetted tub. Took 30 min to fill bath tub. Hot water was warm at best. Shower was also not hot & had very low pressure also. Breakfast was free. Scrambled eggs & sausage / biscuts & gravy. We attempted Breakfast the first day but decided not to finish. Quality & prep of wood was not good. Second day we just went to Cracker Barrel behind the hotel. We still had another night in Springfield so we cancled or 3rd night @ the red roof & stayed at a diffrent hotel.

Clean room with nice little touches like a desk, mini coffee maker, and fridge. Assuming all rooms are like ours, with lvp flooring, it was quiet. Barely heard other guests. Close to a lot of gast/casual food options. Appreciate that they accept pets.

Value vs Comfort
We chose to stay here for a couple of reasons, price and location were 2 of them. I usually love Red Roof Inns, but this one needs some updates. Both beds in our room were terribly uncomfortable and the 1 squeaked anytime someone moved. The towels need replaced as they are very thin. The water pressure wasn't the greatest and our sink didn't drain properly - I made sure to alert the front desk at checkout about the drain. I would suggest getting rid of the motion-activated lights in the guest rooms as they never came on when detecting motion - had to manually turn them on and my family had issues locating the switches at night. Breakfast was decent- maybe could use a second yogurt flavor besides only the children's.

An excellent value
The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. We were greeted promptly despite a very late night arrival. All furnishings were modern and in excellent condition; public spaces were likewise well maintained. We did not use the pool, but it appeared very clean as well. Our stay was quiet and we felt very safe. We did not reserve one of their accessible rooms as none were available. A narrow wheelchair could navigate the room, but it was tight. The door in the shower/toilet room blocked access to the bathtub when open and could not be closed with a walker in the room, which made things difficult but not impossible. If you need accessibility be sure to reserve an accessible room. We would gladly stay here again.

The breakfast was nice, but only had about 5 tables to sit and eat at so we had to make sure to get up early enough so we could eat there. Our room was nice, my only complaint is that the door didn’t shut all the way, it’s almost like it was crooked. It locked fine, but there was a part of the door where the light shined through. Staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

Excellent staff and customer service. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. Figuring out the lights was a little tricky. An abundance of USB outlets, which was nice! Would stay there again.

The rooms were updated. The breakfast was one of the better ones--not just prepackaged cold food. The cleaning staff was so nice and friendly as was the night desk clerk.

A tile behind the bathroom door fell out of the wall. No visible attendant for the breakfast room. The only fresh fruit were rather mealy apples and the yogurt selection was poor. I also found ants in my room.

It was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. The floor was filthy and had crumbs, hair, garbage all over the place. The refrigerator had someone else’s food still left in it. Stains and other debris left on towels. I can’t believe I stayed there. I should have immediately left or requested my money back or a different room. Not sure it would have been any different though.
