Sorry you feel this way. There was nothing wrong with the heat other than it was turned off. These units, if you turn them off, they do not blow air at all. Sorry you were not happy with your stay.

Thank you for your review. Housekeeping cleans all rooms on a daily basis unless you have a Do Not Disturb sign on your door. We do apologize that your tags were throw away but they assumed they were trash, and as far as no one at the front desk. We have coverage 24 hours a day.
