Dear Travis, We would first like to apologize for the concerns you addressed about your previous stay. Our pool was opened and unless there was a yellow caution tape due for safety reasons the pool is opened daily from 7am-9pm. We have spoken with our staff to make sure you and every guest is receiving professional attention each and every time. Dear Pamela, Let us first apologize for the air not working in your room during your stay, please remember that we have staff at the front desk to take care of any issues or questions you may have, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. During your stay we did have to shut down our pool for health and safety reasons, and we apologize for that as well, but your safety and health is our top priority. Our pool is fully functional and open when you would like to return to the Spark by Hilton Ormond Beach Oceanfront.

We appreciate your feedback; the water issues were due to the renovations. Microwaves are available upon request. Breakfast has been changed to a bagel bar due to transiting into the Spark by Hilton. We do hope that once all the renovations are completed that you will return to our newly renovated property.
