Angie and Carol are awesome hosts and very proud of their b&b and rightly so. Breakfast was delicious and interactive as we made our own pancakes while Carol whipped up the daily main breakfast to order. We enjoyed our complimentary Sangria on the porch while we people watched. Our suite was cozy and sparkling clean with beautiful bed linens. Sorry we had only booked one night so we will return in our next road trip. Thank you for a memorable stay.

My wife and I had a nice one night stay at the Inn. It's a B&B, they served a good breakfast. It's about 4 blocks from the beach and the Inn will provide you with beach chairs and towels. The B&B is fairly new but has old style charm. We stayed in the Coral room, the room was clean with old charm to it, the bed was very high off the floor and thankfully it has a bedside stool for my wife to get in and out of it. The room and bathroom were not very roomy. we were told not to use the luggage rack because it might break. If we couldn't use the luggage rack we would have to work out of our suitcase on the floor cause there was no other place to put a suitcase. I would recommend it.

The Owner of this Bed and Breakfast was such a great hostess! The pancakes were the best I’ve ever had. Felt like family as soon as I walked in the door. The beds were also very comfortable! We stayed in the Lighthouse and is was decorated so cute! We loved sitting on the upper porch watching the avenue. Great place if you want to be near the beach, shopping, and a friendly place to stay with a wonderful breakfast.

Right on Flagler Ave., the most fun area in town. The ladies running it were very accommodating and fun. Had off street parking for each room.

This was my overall an excellent stay. Carol was absolutely delightful and personable which made our stay even better. One thing I would do differently next time I visit I would not stay in the seahorse room which is on the first floor just outside our door was the kitchen and dining area which if you want to sleep in late is a bit noisy with guests having an early breakfast. All other guest rooms are located on the second floor

From the moment we walked in the door we felt like it was home, breakfast was amazing. Bedrooms are large and the bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful experience!
Our stay was delightful. Carol and Angie were very warm and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. I absolutely cannot think of one complaint. We will definitely return as well as recommend the Inn to our friends.

Home away from home ❤️
Angie and Carol love what they do, they made my stay feel like I was with family. They were attentive to everyone and every detail. Had tons of information and suggestions about things to do and places to go. I travel with my bicycle and they accommodate inside storage for me. Location was perfect. All within walking distance unless you planed to explore much farther. I only moved my car once in 3 days. Great private parking provided behind the property too. Super comfortable bed. Lovely decor and enough space in common areas to have some reading done to. Loved everything about the place!

Carol the host who greeted us upon arrival was very nice and helpful. Parking is around back and there is a spot for each room. We stayed in the Starfish room and it was very cute with the starfish theme. The bathroom was very clean and so was the entire room. The bed was very soft with a nice pillow top. Little too soft for me but my husband loved it. We were able to select our breakfast time of 9 or 9:30am. Breakfast started with make your own pancakes on the built in griddle within the table. Carol made the pancake mix and then we got to add our toppings. Very fun and tasty. Then Carol made an egg soufflé on French bread which was very tasty. Checkout was super easy. Definitely would go again

We had a very nice stay. The owners were very nice and let us take the 1st floor room because of my husband's disability. The place is beautiful and breakfast was great !

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here it was beautiful and peacefully very homey with carol. The rooms are beautiful the baked goodies and breakfast was amazing! Carol is amazing she makes you feel welcomed and gives good service makes you want to stay here lol my wife and I enjoyed the company and will definitely be coming back. It’s a lovely home and well kept! It’s like a 4 min walk from beach surrounded by amazing foodies and desserts super convenient everything is close this gem is a must stay bed and breakfast don’t look further reserve it today we will definitely be regulars!

Carol and Andy were excellent hostesses They welcomed us with good treats and big smiles. They made us feel at easy in their property. We had a wonderful stay at Inn On The Avenue. The location is perfect for browsing shops, enjoying great restaurants, and going to the beach. The hosts, Carol and Angie, provided excellent hospitality. We felt special and pampered from the moment we arrived. We were even greeted with homemade desserts and sangria. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

Great little BnB right on the Avenue. We had the Lighthouse Room which was very comfortable and cute. Host was very welcoming and took care of us very well. Great breakfast! Will be back.

Beautiful and charming bed and breakfast with great and friendly hospitality. Breakfast was amazing! Steps from all the restaurants, sights, and the beach. Parking on site is a huge plus. We stayed for the weekend as I was running the local half marathon. Highly recommended!
