Hi Susan. Sorry to hear you were no happy with your requested accommodations. Oceanview rooms are much more economical than Oceanfront rooms and this is reflected in the location of said rooms. Our maintenance team are always ready to help our guests with any reported issues. All our guest room doors are secured with a dead bolt as well as security chain. Hi Sean. Our rooms with kitchenettes are much more economical than rooms with Kitchens and are therefore less equipped with certain appliances and fixtures. Perhaps a room with a kitchen would have suited your needs more appropriately. Thank you for staying at Perrys.
