They make a huge deal of advertising drinks, coffee, tea, water, juice is available to the guests 24/7 That is not true. You can make a cup of coffee but nothing else is available after 9:40-9:45 every day

YOU CAN TELL PROPERTY OWNER IS TRYING TO UPGRADE WITH TILE OUTSIDE, paint etc.. it's one of the older motels. Room was clean no roaches as other posts have stated. Short over night stay, would stay again.

When I reported an unclean and unsafe room to management, I was denied the ability to change my room or receive a refund for the room so I could book with another hotel. This room was listed as fully refundable on the Expedia site. Once I left my room for a few hours…Important items and documented were stolen out of my room was stolen by hotel staff. I was threatened by the management at the front desk as he approached me in the parking lot. I was scared and I made a police report however the hotel staff tried to have me arrested for trespassing while requesting my missing items from the hotel room. I later had to go to the hospital due to the incident that transpired. I was bitten by bugs at this establishment due to the uncleanliness. This place is an unclean, unsafe and unprofessional hotel…I am still having nightmares behind what happened.

Price gouged for bike week, which is nothing unusual. I've stayed here several times before, but never in this condition. Gaps around entry doors, hard to secure them. Toilet wouldn't flush, mildew and rips in curtains. Very strong chemical smell that lasted throughout the night from previous cleaning. Will not use this location again.

Old property showing its age despite being clean and tidy. Wifi was out and toilet took 5-7 mins to refill tank before it could flush again. The customer service of the staff was quite good. Friendly and straightforward. I like their style.

Das kontinentale Frühstück war sehr mangelhaft. Es gab ausschließlich Muffin und Waffeln. Nur sporadisch Milch, kein Obst. Auf der linken und rechten Seite des Hotels wird gebaut. Das Hotel macht insgesamt den Eindruck, bald dem Abriss zum Opfer zu fallen.

The view was awesome. Staff was very friendly. I was very disappointed with the conditions of a few things. The commode would not flush very well. It took several tries to get it flushed. The WiFi did not work. The carpet was very dirty. On our last day the elevator did not work but thankfully it was fixed fairly soon. The area around the property was ok other than the construction next door. They started work early and there was some noise. This was not the motel’s fault. Other than these problems I did enjoy my stay. Breakfast choices were limited but it was good.

You have to wait ten minutes to flush toilet. Bedbugs are on the beds, tv was missing from the room and telephone did not work in room. When front desk was notified of the toilet problem no one showed up to fix the problem.

The view made the room priceless. I was highly impressed with how up-to-date the room was despite the building exterior. I didn't like the roach under the bathroom sink in Room 329. I also didn't like the exterior cosmetics of the building. That wasn't up to date, however, I understand the priority of the room upkeep over the exterior cosmetics. I would like to see it more presentable though.

Budget friendly right on the beach
For the price it was decent. Nice to be able to walk down the stairs to the beach. Breakfast was ok. Room was ok.

The parking is very limited. Arriving late I had to park streetside which was concerning. The staff were exceptional. If not for them my review would be 2 stars. It is an older hotel that has a lot of older hotel issues the type that we went to when I was young and wild to stay at and act young and wild. It's what one normally does in Daytona Beach. Although I like balconies I was on the first floor with a door opening to a porch with direct access to the pool area. The bed was very firm. The continental breakfast was typica. Did I mention how nice the staff was.

The people were very kind that made up for some of the problems... Very old, cockroaches everywhere, bed bugs as well I was eaten alive out first night, not a place to be, cheap.

Poor service
The room door locks where broken. The dead bolt and the inside chain lock. Also toilet was not working. I told the front desk it would not flush. They both said wait 5 min and it would flush. It didn’t, we had to pour water from the bath tub faucet into the toilet to make it manually flush. Not happy at all with the stay. 1st issue I have had using hotels.com

Started with check in, attendant was not friendly or informative. Once, in the room didn’t seem like toilet was working, has eco flush that you must wait 10-15 mins between flushes. All 3 beds were uncomfortable for four adults. The shower had black mold, bathroom was really small, couldn’t hardly wipe myself, bottom of bathroom door was scuffed up, main door did not seal properly. All around the property was poor construction and dilapidated. Free breakfast was not refilled, and saw a few American roaches crawling around walls. Only thing they had going for them was the pool and beach access.

This property is NOTHING like what the pictures showed. It was supposed to be a 2 bedroom but it only had one entry room with a bed in it and then the living area with 2 beds in it. The bathroom was in what was supposed to be the master bedroom and there was no door on the room. The toilet did not work at all and we were told that we needed to wait for 5 minutes after we use any kind of water before we flush the toilet and this was after they fixed it. This is a place that I would never stay at and can’t believe it was actually recommended by Expedia.
