It was nightmare. Very very very noisy!!!!! Even a night event in the hotel with a singer on the microphone until almost midnight. The SPA is small. At diner it feels more like a lousy self-service restaurant, sometimes long tables with strangers aside. Very low. In case you need to rest, and a place a bit classy, just avoid this place!!!!! The only nice thing I can write is the breakfast. I woke up early and it was quiet and breakfast was very good. All type of cheese. And before check out I had time to go to the beach and swim in dead sea. I left car in parking, it was a walking distance to the beach which is gorgeous with showers.

Awful Hotel
Hotel was not clean! In fact, I believe I caught a virus there. Towels look like the year one. One per person for your face and body. Check in took a very long time, although it was only for 3 rooms. The dining room was not cleaned well at all. The DR manager was extremely nasty. The food was not good. I would never stay there again!

Great location, property is kind of rundown. Not enough parking. I got a parking ticket. Also breakfast was till 11 o’clock and they started taking stuff off the shelves at 11:20 AM. I invited my daughter for breakfast and she came just before 11 and we barely were able to get food. They were in a rush to clear everything up by 11:20 am. Very disappointing.

This was great value as the food was great, staff was excellent and rooms were fine. The Dead Sea is easily accesible and the pool is lovely. Most importantly, it was extremely kid friendly. Only drawback was the gym which is in total disrepair.

Sehr nette Leute im Hotel, ein Ort der Schönheit, nahe dem Strand und allen Geschäften und Restaurants. Das Essen zum Frühstück und Abendessen ist lecker, abwechslungsreich und gesund. Die einzige Unannehmlichkeit war, dass man abgeholt und sofort an den Tisch gesetzt wurde, an dem die Arbeiter wollen, und nicht an dem Ort, an dem man gerne sitzen und lecker essen würde. Und zum Abendessen gibt es keinen Kaffee oder Tee, schade. Denn das Gebäck ist WUNDERBAR, anders und sehr lecker.

Value for money
The place is quite basic and requires renovation/maintenance but relative to the price it is quite okay. We had few things we were unhappy about during the stay (a light that didn't work and some small things) but the service was very kind and it was obvious that they want to hear and improve (we even got a voucher for lunch). The spa area is very nice and includes several pools (jacuzzi, salt water pool, sulfur, cold water...)

It was comfortable. Personal ok. Spa center is a little bit unmodern and has only one shower for all the people which come for swimming. The Gym-Room could be also better. The Bikes didn`t work.

No fue lo esperado !!
Realmente esperabamos mas,no nos gusto la cena,el piso sucio ,los postres muy feos ,todo muy desprolijo,teniamos que solicitar nosotros que nos dejen cafe en el cuarto ,se olvidaban de retirarlos y quedabab las tazas y vasos sucios ,en la playa no nos permitieron mover las camas bajo las sombrillas ,no volveremos a este hotel !!

While it was easy to locate the property from afar, the actual entrance is somewhat obscure and we had to double back twice to actually see where to turn onto the hotel grounds. Otherwise, it was a lovely experience
