The desk receptionist was not helpful. Locked out with a key card and she said it is too cold to work. Husband got a new card and it worked great. 75 dollars extra for a quiet pet is not competitive.

Exactly what I was looking for.
Excellent stay. Stayed here because of the indoor pool and hot tub. Pool was warm and hot tub was actually hot. We stayed two nights and the breakfast options were different each morning which was nice. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location if you are in the area.

The room (room 308) I stayed was not clean. There was still a sock in the room when i checked in. There was dust on the furniture. Additionally, the air conditioner squealed the entire time it ran. Also had to pay a $50 non refundable pet fee for a puppy that never left the kennel. Quite disappointed in this location.

1. Getting into the property was terrible, with the exit of the freeway right at the turn in. Need another way to get into the property. 2. For a handy cap room, the regular toilet was hard for me with bad knees and just had surgery on shoulder.

Our last stay at this hotel
Comforters are too thick for summer and unsanitary because they are not enclosed in a cover. Very disappointing that there is no room cleaning. That is going a bit far… Breakfast was sub standard. Juice machine was broken down.

My problem is NOT with the property. It was with expedia. I paid expedia and when the hotel tried to get their payment from Expedia it would not go through. I spent 17 hours on the road, got to the hotel late in the evening and had to deal with this before being able to get some rest. This will be my last time using Expedia. From now on i will just book through my Hilton honors account.

Please put towels in the rooms!
The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The only complaint we had was the lack of amenities in our room. We checked in late in the evening, and there were no towels, hand towels, wash cloths or a bath mat in the room. I went downstairs and got some. Then I got in the shower, only to find out there was no shampoo in the bulk container in the shower. Then the next day, upon returning to the hotel after a long day, there had been no housekeeping, so we once again had to go find towels for our showers. Other than this, the hotel was just fine.

Courtesy of personnel during breakfast, checkin. Even forgot some clothing and it was kept for 2 days until it was picked up.
