We are considered a budget mid-tier hotel, therefore our prices are never as high as what you have quoted. We spoke you our housekeeping and front desk staff about any incidents that may have occurred during the time you stayed with us and are not aware of any altercation between a guest and our staff.

Glenn, We are sorry for the impression we made the evening you tried to check into our hotel. I can assure you, that we are a safe establishment, as we have roving security in the evenings. As per our policy on all of our OTAs, we do not offer refunds requested within a 24 hour period without charging for at-least one night stay. Very Respectfully, Sue Bhakta
