편안한 숙소
주변 환경은 그리 만족스럽지 못했지만, 호텔 객시르 식당은 만족스러웠으며, 직원의 친절한 응대가 인상적이었다.델리시내에서 다소 떨어져 있어, 교통이 막히면 이동 사간이 꽤 소요된다.

Property is nice. The staff was pushy to make me review the property in front of them and give them five stars. Their service was good so they do deserve that.

Pretty poor despite being a Radisson property
Cleaning in the room wasn’t great. The bathroom mirrors, counter and handles were all badly smudged with marks. Had dinner in the room and got sick the next morning. Even in the breakfast buffet, almost half the plates had deep finger prints on them and had not been cleaned properly. We requested and were confirmed late check out however had three phone calls and two visitors at our room door to ask us about our checkout right after the standard checkout time. Check out staff tried to then charge us for missing alcohol bottles which of course after 30 minutes hold up, were found right where they should have been.

The room did not have basics like soap, towel. The ac was not working. The response times were extremely long. The management actions very very poor and worst if all they search rooms which no five star hotel ever does. The staff is not accommodating and the manger non responsive. Will not recommend stay

The outside and ambience in the lobby area was impeccably beautiful and impressive, however the checkin was too slow and the customer service was pathetic at the time. The person name who checked us in was Amit, bit rude and took way too long to process our paperwork, not impressed. We stayed at Taj Delhi for 2 nights before coming, and they excelled at their customer service skills. The rooms were okay, not too impressive as compared to the overall look of the lobby and buffet areas. However, Pool area was great. The Buffet was outstanding, better than Taj. The checkout was nice, Hemant was quite helpful and polite. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was really good. The only negative thing was that we found mosquitoes in the breakfast place.

Duty Manager Nitisha Narula is awesome and always willing to assist. Her staff too is well managed and always around to cater to one's needs. Breakfast is great and still # 1 amongst all hotels I have stayed at in India.

Best stay for Noida and Gaziabad
Very nice hotel with great meals. The pool is also excellent and room service is upmost. My daughter forgot her watch in the room, and they returned it. Thank you.

We were checking in after midnight and they worked hard to promptly give the keys to us. Rooms were spacious and clean with good furniture. Breakfast food options were delicious and checkout was smooth. I highly recommend it.

Excellent food & very comfortable stay
Very comfortable stay & good helping staff. Good variety is amazing. It's the only 5 star hotel having all vegetarian food only

Good Stay
Pleasant stay, check-in was slow, check out was super slow, there were lot of confusions, glitches with the application etc and no one trying to talk to the guests. Property is nice and centrally located.

Okayish stay would rate 3 -3.5 stars
Well it was overall good but I had to argue to get the room I booked. Besides they say king bed but actually it's Queen size.

I am regularly staying at County inn Ghaziabad but this time it was not a pleasant stay. First, it took more than usual time in check in formalities due to heavy rush at reception, there was some family event. Then, Room no. 102 was allotted where some construction work noise was coming, after an hour of continuous complaints from my side other Room no. 210 was given. This room was internally connected with other room, hence again family noise was there in our room. In evening, we noticed that toilet flush was not working, then we called plumber and he temporarily fixed the issue bit entire stay water was leaking from flush after repair. We tried to ignore these negative incidents at the moment bit later we realize were we there at Country Inn for such encounters? Definitely not, we stays as property like Country Inn for peace and comfort after paying huge payments but this time we didn't get good support and services from Country Inn. Hotel management should ensure comfortable stay of customers, there should not be such issues of construction work noise, room changing issues, plumbing issues etc. It's not up to the mark.

Reception couldn't order a taxi from hotel to IGI Airport but insisted that I do by myself to use app for uber or ola and this requires an Indian Phone number that I don't have. After lots of discussion and wasting time the local Person Mr Pamkaj used his phone to order an Uber cab for us. That was very painful as we are afraid to loose our flight from IGI airport.

The hotel and staff are both courteous. The breakfast buffet spread is amazing. Check-in and check out process is very smooth. Overall good experience!
