공항근처인줄 알고 갔다가 큰 낭패를 당했습니다
가장 큰문제는 호텔스닷컴에서의 호텔이 아니었습니다. 이름 바뀌었습니다. 이호텔을 찾는데 한시간이상을 헤메고 다녔습니다. 택시비만 왕복으로 1700루피. 하룻밤 간단히 지낼려면 공항 바로 앞에 있는 저렴한호텔을 이용하시길. 택시기사 말에 의하면 공항앞 호텔들은 다음날 공항까지 무료로 태워준답니다. 여긴 생각보다 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 다른이유가 아니면 여기는 선택하지 마시길.

Nice hotel. comfortable room only problem was the bathroom floor was wet from a leak in the toilet. I didn't even bother telling the front desk I was tired and had to catch a flight early in the morning.

Good Airport Hotel Though Pricey Taxi Transfers
My husband and I had 12 hours between flights to kill so rather than waiting around the airport we checked in to Hotel SK Crown Park. Pros: It was close to the airport, modern, clean, had great WiFi and a good restaurant. It was also important that we were able to pay for taxis, airport transfers and food on credit card as it was our last day in India and we had very little remaining currency. Customer service at the front desk and the restaurant was great. Cons: Not really a con for us because we were just using a room to chill, but the local area was unremarkable (in my brief impression) for touristic endeavors. The big con was the pricey taxi transfers. When we arrived in Delhi two weeks prior, we stayed in Chandi Chowk and our hotel gave us a free ride to Old Delhi (45 minutes +/- in heavy traffic). The shuttle to this hotel was about 20 minutes on an expressway, and pick-up cost 600 rupees + parking (200 rupees - despite the posted airport sign saying 30 minutes is only 80 rupees) and drop off cost 500 (plus tips of course). So at the end of the day, the airport transfers cost as much as the hotel room.

We regret for the price related issue which was not of the hotel but actually outsource from outside the hotel. Charging to customers for the services which is not a part of the hotel and outsource depend upon the many externals factors which sometime controllable and sometimes uncontrollable. We will definitely look in this matter. Thanks Manager.

Ok hotel, personalet var ikke så god til at forstå hvad vi sagde, og først fik vi et værelse der ikke var rent, efterfølgende fik vi et værelse med to enkeltmandssenge til trods for at vi havde booket et med dobbeltseng - efter at have ventet 15 min uden svar om nyt værelse beholdte vi det. I receptionen havde de ikke forstået at vi gerne ville have et nyt værelse. Morgenmadsbuffetten er som på andre indiske hoteller, ristet brød med smør og al for sødt syltetøj, og indiske sammenkogte retter.

Gut für eine Nacht
Ich habe das Hotel für eine Nacht bezogen, weil ich abends in Delhi ankam und am nächsten Morgen wieder weiterfliegen musste. Das Hotel liegt ca 10min mit dem Taxi vom Delhi Intl Airport entfernt, was der große Pluspunkt ist. Alles andere ist..naja, typisch indisch. Das Zimmer war ok, auch wenn nicht alle Armaturen funktionstüchtig oder heile waren. Das findet man aber selten in Indien bei dem Preis. Die wichtigen Sachen wie Bett. Klo und Dusche waren sauber und funktionierten (Bett war auch bequem). Der Service der Mitarbeiter war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen im Restaurant war durchaus ok! Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel für eine Nacht empfehlen. Man muss seine Anspruche heruntersetzen und darf ib kejnem Fall mit europäischen Standards vergleichen hier!

Hotel under re-branding
Changing ownership of hotel to an SK property. During our one night stay - there was no internet, with some difficulty to change ₹2000 note and the morning breakfast was very limited. The hotel is structurally very nice and spacious. But with this transition, if they cannot make improvements to the internet (it has to work to get basic tasks for foreigners - e.g. uber) and improve kitchen, not worth staying. Thanks.

Worst Hotel EVER!!!
包早餐卻只有白吐司，煎蛋，咖啡，沒有菜單，還要一項一項詢問有什麼可以吃，白天晚上皆沒有熱水，說熱水是用鍋爐燒的，結果等半天都還是沒有，最重要的是名字完全跟訂房時所看到的不一樣，已經改為Crown Park Hotel，也沒有來信通知，找了半天打電話過後才知道。衛生環境差，員工服務態度差。 Worst Hotel EVER!!!

OK hotel for just sleeping over
The stay was ok! The room was clean, but dining options at the hotel or in the nearby areas were very limited. The ambience mall nearby (around 10km) is a good place for shopping and dining, but transport options from the hotel were limited! There is no airport shuttle available!

Horrendous - do not stay!
This hotel is absolutely horrendous, from the service to the comfort. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning after spending 7 hours getting through the airport due to a lost boarding pass. I asked at the hotel if it was possible to have a late checkout considering my ordeal, and they said no problem. I promptly asked for the WiFi password, hoping to relax and take my mind off the long night I had spend at the airport. The hotel advertises WiFi and air conditioning. The rooms have neither! My room was boiling, and I began to sweat immediately. I tried to connect to the WiFi with the password that the receptionist gave me, but without any luck. I called reception, and he told me it only worked in the lobby! I asked him if that might've been helpful to tell me prior to giving me the password, but to no avail. Normal check-out time is at 11, and at 10:55 I received a call telling me that if I wanted to check out late, I'd have to pay an extra day, even though the other receptionist told me there was no problem. From start to finish this was a horrible experience, and I wouldn't wish my worst enemy to stay at this absolutely horrendous hotel. Stay away. Pay a little more and stay in comfort at one of the more established hotels near the airport.

my stay was great! but was very disappointed on the last day, while we were leaving, we were promised the complimentary drop off at the airport but when we came the attendant at the front office April/13, mid night , he was very rude to us, he even charged us Taxi Money, we tried to tell him we were given complimentary drop off but he refused. my name is Joseph Kamau

Ok for one night stay not far from airport
We have booked a room with free airport pick up, but we had to arrive to the hotel ourselves, so we asked for free airport drop off, that was kindly allowed to us. It is a very much average hotel, that looks rather empty and quiet. It is ok for one night stay, especially if you have a flight next morning, as it is very close to the airport and you don't have to spend hours in traffic. I would not stay there longer, or for any other reason, as the location is only good if you have to stay close to the airport. And the rooms and facilities could be much cleaner...

Overall is good.
As a single female guest, I do think the hotel is trustworthy. service is excellent, the room looks exactly the same on the website photo. location is not bad, room price is reasonable. hot-shower is provide which is nice. Breakfast taste good as well. Only one bad thing is the hotel did not provide toothpaste. I was there for transfer flight, i didnt bring any as I expect hotel will provide. I didnt brush my teeth for that night and morning. lol.

Did not hold prepaid reservation
Going there at 1:30 am, I was told that they had not kept a room available. They said they would refund my payment, but did not. Now, two months later, Hotels.com is refunding my fee. I hope they stop doing business with this hotel.

Poor experience
We arranged a taxi from the airport which was delayed by at least an hour with lots of confusion. He wanted to charge extra for parking as the person we hired referred his relative to pick us up. Traffic to the hotel was horrific due to weddings along the road to the hotel, we were exhausted. When we arrived an hour later the sheets were not clean but they did change them when we asked. We ordered food late which was a positive. The neighborhood was very loud with sounds of firecrackers going off all night. Hot water did not work after the first night. The hotel was helpful in arranging a sightseeing taxi and allowed us to pay for dinner on credit since it was our last night in India.

Be prepared for cold showers. There was a sign in the bathroom that hot water will take a while to reach the room but it never arrived despite being assured by the front desk after I called them. The night shift that checked us in also did not make arrangements for a 5.30am taxi to take us to the airport. Good for a no-frills one night stay en route to somewhere else.

Terrible place, avoid it
I stayed there because I had an overnight layover in Delhi airport. They promised that it was within 2 kilometers from the airport, but it was much further. Their taxi pick up never showed up. I waited for it an hour at the airport and ended up taking another taxi at the airport. Everything in this hotel was dirty and old. Even towels were dirty. The view was a wall. There was no hot water, and when I asked the receptionist to fix it, he said he'll take care of it. Well, I never got any warm water at all, took cold shower. The only good thing was the breakfast - decent food and a with a very attentive server. However the receptionist was completely indifferent to my concerns. They should charge 500 not 3000 for a night in this hotel.

Relatively expensive
I was coming to Delhi in the evening and leaving in the morning to Europe. I chose this hotel for being 15 minutes away from the airport (there are no hotels really close to the airport). The hotel was ok. in terms of cleanliness (except the pillow-cases that I only noticed in the morning, in the daylight: they either were beyond cleaning or they were left from the former guest). In terms of location, near the airport, but nothing to do outside the hotel. The wifi was pitiable. I had to put a chair on the corridor outside my room to use it. On the positive side, breakfast was good, except for the lack of any freshly squeezed juice. For the transfer to the airport (a taxi they called), they charged me 500 rps, whereas I paid 300 to go there in the evening, the same ride. The driver was earnestly surprised when I told him what the hotel charged he said 'they only gave me 200'. Next time, I do not intend to go back there.

A little below middle of the road standards
Staff is pleasant enough and check-in wuick, but they fail to relay important information. Room looks nice and clean on 1st glance but once in bed sheets look unclean with hair and stains, towels are disgusting and hard (luckily o brought my own), and floor in the shower looks gross. The stay was quiet without street noise impeding my 1 night layover sleep. Ok for a layover, but I would not stay again.

Buffet Meals were quick and tasty.
Admittedly it was the last available room in the hotel, but when I booked I asked for a quiet room. What I got was a room that had an adjoining door (albeit locked) to a room where noisy conference participants talked until after midnight. Following that a steady stream of mosquitoes disturbed my sleep. The food at the restaurant was good. But I don't think I'll go back

Yhden yön pysähdys lentojen välillä. Tällaiseen tarkoitukseen lentokentän läheisyydessä (20 min) oleva siisti hotelli, jossa on hyvät sängyt, sopii hyvin. Aamupala alkoi kello 7. Se oli yksinkertainen, mutta ihan kelvollinen. Ruokia kannettiin esille vielä 20 yli seitsemän. Ympäristössä vaatimattomia kojukauppoja. Muutaman km:n päässä valtava tavaratalo (Ambience mall), jossa hinnat korkeampia kuin itiksessä.

Not as close to the airport as expected and the area it is located in has no restaurants or shops nearby. Room size was OK but hot water is only available on request, a time needs to be booked and there were several nails sticking out of the floor. The restaurant service is slow up to 2 hours before an order materializes and the food is a disappointment to say the least. The rooms are cold, no heat unless you are able to get a small plug in heater.

A good hotel near the Delhi Airport
Unfortunately we've been there only for one night. The staff has been very friendly and helpful and we got a little welcome-drink while checkin in. That was nice and not expected from us. The room was clean and nicely furnitured. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is only 2 years old and designed very interesting. All in all we have been in India and not in Germany. We would book this hotel again.

Staff great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast provided as well as airport pick up. Ideal for when arriving late or early morning.

空港近くでトランジットに便利
空港に迎えを頼んで600ルピー。送りは500ルピーでした。ホテルで支払いなので安心。出発もフライト便を知らせたら時刻に合わせて部屋まで荷物を取りに来てくれた。フロント、ベル、ハウスキーパー共皆んな親切。設備も最新だが、お湯が出ない。時々出ないと断り書きが有るが、ほぼ出ない。そこが改善されればとても良いのですが、残念。

Room was ok. Breakfast ok, but not many choices. Neighborhood not so good. Shuttle is NOT free (cost is 500 INR from hotel to airport and 600 INR from airport to hotel).

Smallish but nice
I really liked this hotel. It is not fancy on the outside but is very comfortable on the inside. It was quiet, clean and nicely furnished. It is about 15 minutes from the airport. I arrived by taxi at about midnight and it looked to be in a shady neighborhood. But in the daylight the neighborhood was a normal looking area (for Delhi). The staff were attentive and spoke English. Security was also good and I felt very safe and I am an older female travelling alone. I couldn't get the WiFi to work in my room because the signal was too weak. This may have been due to where my room was - at the end of the hall. The WiFi worked just fine in the lobby.

Fantastic
Most comfortable rollaway bed ever. Location is great - near the airport - and the shuttle driver was prompt (and safe). It has been newly remodeled and was clean and tidy - lots of attention to detail.
