one of the best hotel and with a very good location! everything was absolutely awesome i extended my stay for two days great room service everything was just fine would love to get back soon to the same property again! made my first solo trip so memorable, there’s not a single thing which can be complained about here may it be security or anything important! very responsible hotel with everything included

I really comment on the food is warm tasted and fresh the service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and the beds were big too. The staff was very courteous and respectful! The room was spacious and so clean. The location is great too

my experience was excellent here the environment was good. Food was also really good and the rooms are very clean and the rooms are spacious, the sensitization and the hygiene is well maintained.

The staff was very helpful from the time 6i arrived, and for the modest price, the hotel more than met expectations. They even have an elevator, which is not usually the case in budget hotels. The room was cleaned, the place *did not* smell like smoke, the only noise came from the road, which costs a lot more to get away from near Aerocity, and the white noise of the fan and air conditioner (which kept the room very cool) drowned out most outside noise. I would definitely stay here again on a stop to and from the airport. They were very accommodating, and for the price and location it is a very acceptable value. You are 10m walk from Delhi Metro Aerocity station, and all the amenities around there - not to mention streets and neighborhoods full of great food surrounding. If it's your first visit to India and you're expecting a $100 hotel for $15, do not book and then complain later, this is part of why it's difficult to find options as a foreigner. However, if you're realistic and fair about value, you won't be disappointed. Thanks to Mr. Sujay and everyone!

10pm from airport. They copied my passport and made me sign in their book and then told me that suite wasn’t available and told me to go to hotel next door Hotel Kian. Hotel Kians most expensive room was less than $20 and nasty. He said my choice was to take that room or contact Expedia as I paid through them. After 15 hours of flight, I had no time to deal with someone at customer service. So ended up being at hotel next door. I asked to see manager next day and asked to see what can be done and they said there is nothing they can do. Do not pay more than $15 for Hotel Chanakya Airport Delhi. By the way. There is no hot water. Other reviews seem like they hired someone to write reviews.

Dirty, smelly room.
Check in process was ok but the room was horrible. Everything about the room appeared dirty, especially the bathroom, which had a horrible smell. The shower was between the toilet and the sink and had no separate area or shower curtain. For two people, staying one night, we were only provided with 1 towel and a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

uncleaned bed sheets are used which are very unhygienic . Shocked to see such an unhygienic conditions in the room and hotel staff is rudely says that laundry has not come yet so can't change the sheets etc

What else can you say.... It was fabulous From the moment you arrive to when you leave .We had a great stay. Staff was perfect in their work . Rooms were lovely.

About misleading information
The hotel had a menu card. However, the prices are abysmally high. Also, the menu items are not available and the staff wouldn't tell that. I ordered something and something else arrived (ordered continental breakfast as per the menu; got only bread-omlette of roadside-stall type) although the menu contained lots of good things. Also, the staff seemed uninterested in their dealing with guests.

Not that great. Next time I won't book this hotel
Hotel was fine if u just need a stay. Expect no extra hospitality and addons there. Even construction was going on there. One of our neighbor complained about the hygiene and employees behavior. Floor was not clean enough that we can remove or shoes.

Good and impressive
This airport hotel definitely better than the last one I stayed in. The room given to be was perfect in every sense whether it was the bed or the amenities everything was in order and worked to perfection. The only trouble is that the area around the hotel does not offer much entertainment options. The place is good for a short stay and interim stop before your next flight.

Quick and short stay near airport.
It is nothing above your usual airport stay but still far better standards than what I have been seeing in other hotel around the place. The rooms are standard affair. Clean, comfortable and basic, perfect for getting over Jet lag. Food was good. Service of the place was courteous and left no place for me to complain.

Comfortable room with good service.
The room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Coffee maker in the room was a nice bonus. Bathroom was great. Staff was very well trained and were good with english too. They also provided us with good hints about worthwhile places to visit. Breakfast was very good, nothing extraordinary but variety and quality was above expectations.

Shambolic hotel!
Arrived at the hotel very late after long flight at 4am ish, got to the front desk where a man told us we wouldn't be staying there but in the "other part" of the hotel. After a fair walk through a couple car parks and back allies we arrived at a completely different hotel to the one we had booked and handed over to different staff. At this new hotel we where shown to a room with one bed when we had paid for 2 and had few of the facitlites listed in our booking. After challenging this we where told our only other option would be to walk back to the original hotel to enquire but by this time an hour or so had gone since we arrived so we took our single bed. Very bad experiance overall.

3 Storey hotel without elevator:
I was assigned room # 303. Have to use stairs because there is no elevator in the hotel. Very difficult to go up and down . This discouraged me to come down to be familiar with the area.Had to call three times to pickup my luggage at check out.Staff is courteous but looks not well trained. Three or four people keep staring at you at the reception desk. Hotel is in dirty lane with lot of rush.Will not recommend .

I wouldn't stay here again.
The manager of this hotel needs some training on how to deal with customers, he literally made my rating go from a 4 to a 2. He will literally try to squeeze every penny he can out of you before you leave. I booked a tour through the hotel and they told me parking, toll, and guide fees would be included, but whenever we went anywhere the driver would asking for parking, toll , and guide fees. We would book taxis through the hotel also at a fee that's expensive compared to what other hotels in the area charged, we found before we left. If you book here it's a cheap option just use the room don't take any other service they have.

Better hotels available
Had booked for 3 days. On first day we were offered a really small room with really unclean sheets and comforters. They offered to move us to airport link hotel for a day when we complained. Gave us a better room 2nd day but it was still very unclean. Wifi was flaky, no heater , hot water barely available. Its a huge rip off.

Comfortable stay next to the airport
A very good and clean hotel for a very good price. The location is the best as it is located next to the airport which makes it convenient everytime I travel to Delhi. They also provide heaters with makes your stay even more comfotable during the Delhi winters.

Needs a feminine touch
The lobby had a smashed glass window, so the first impression was poor. My room was located above a noisy alley and next to the staircase. The comforter had permanent stains on it. The tv volume was on loud and couldn't be decreased. No complimentary water. Wifi was good. When I requested a taxi, it was prepaid, I think too much for 6 km to the airport, two hundred rupees. I had to ask for an itemized receipt after paying with a credit card. It would be ok if staff was better trained to be sensitive to single female travellers and had better quality control in room maintenance.

In & out stay
If you want to spend a night to get over your jetlag or wait out for your next flight while killing the time in a nice and comfortable place then you can head to this place and can leave without having to burn a huge hole in your pocket. There is nothing fancy to the hotel and I found it to be just like any other transit place accommodation. No complains for either the rooms or the service. It worked fine enough for me to have a peaceful and complete rest enough to catch my next flight.

Clean hotel with very good rooms.
I just stayed there for one night.. so it was pretty nice, no disturbance, clean rooms, bathrooms and a cozy bed. Overall a very good experience and I'll be staying there again for sure when I'm in Delhi.

Location is perfect !!
It’s a 5-minute drive from Indira Gandhi International Airport and offers free WiFi. The rooms are nice and comfortable perfect for the short stay intended and the staff support is great at the place and the fact that the location is close to the airport makes it perfect for a transit traveler !!

Clean hotel and rooms.
The best part of the stay at the place apart from the location was the cleanliness factor and I was thoroughly impressed. It was a short stay and gave everything that was perfect for stay right from the clean and comfortable rooms to the perfect staff service and the food. It Is highly recommended.
