최악의 호텔
햇빛이 들지않아 베개와 이불은 축축하고 따뜻한 물이 잘나오지 않아 씻기가 불편하며 하수구도 막혀 잘 내려가지 않음. 첫날 베개에서 베드버그를 두마리 보고나서 바로 침낭을 구매하였지만 그날밤 베드버그에 물렷는지 인도여행내내 베드버그에 시달려 병원까지 감 두번째 날에는 밤 열두시가 넘도록 옆방인지 윗방인지 공사를 하여 망치소리 때문에 잠을 이룰수가 없었음 참다참다못해 열두시쯤 전화하였더니 십분정도 더 망치질 하더니 소리가 그침 그 누구한테도 추천하고 싶지 않고 왜 그렇게 비싼지도 이해할수없는 호텔

Great beds and service
Staffs were very helpful, they suggested me about things to do and places to eat. The toilets was clean and you are given soap and towels.

Sad the gym and deck weren’t working but grateful for bar bells. Loved having an authentic Indian bath and living with the people. I would rather stay with the people than in an American tourist style area. This was perfect.

Irresponsible Manager
The Hotel is good accordance with value for money, but the manager is totally irresponsible.... I ranged him for Airport Pick-up, I also request him two week before for Airport pick up by email through Hotels.com, and ultimately he send a very small damaged hatchback taxi for four persons (I took a pic) with an addicted driver. The driver took `Gul’ (a type of drug) in front of us while driving & spitting again and again. Bad smell inside..all the seats are teared....no side mirror , no space for sit four persons, four luggage on our knee, it was raining.... its a horrible situation I can’t express. .. although I paid about 40% more than normal fare. (normal fare from airport to hotel is Rs. 700-800, I paid 1200). I think they have no minimum responsibility about customers care.. I used Hotels.com more than 20 time for my overseas hotels, but this is the dishearten me.

Area is shady with all kind of crap going on. Filthy facility . I however do want to acknowledge them being flexible to accommodate few timing schedules I had (they allowed me to keep luggage at reception for few hours after check out ) . Having said that I would avoid it it you are with family.

Hotel sale et bruyant, en bien plus mauvais état que ce que rendent les photos. Excellent service compared to room price. Food is amazing, staffs are very helpful, room has all necessary amenities. Location is great but quite noisy. New Delhi rail station is just 10 minutes walking distance. I lived here for 6 days and this is my second time stay at this hotel. I would love to stay here every time during my visit in Delhi.

Very Misleading
I would not recommend this "hotel". The pictures are very misleading- the condition of the room gave the appearance of still under construction. Shower did not work, the television only had one channel, broken furniture, and a very peculiar smell lingered throughout my stay here. The staff were very friendly, but had problem communicating in Englishs ( reason to remove international from the name). MORAL OF THE STORY- if you're on a budget this might be a decent option for you, I would suggest paying a little extra and finding something else.

Don't waste your bucks here
Hotel was extremely run down, it certainly does not look like the images posted, worse than expected. Bedsheet and blanket were smelly, floor was dusty, bathroom was dirty. As for the airport transfer, the driver did not arrive on time and they engaged third party travel agency, using an old van whicb the door can't be open at all.

Comfortable hotel close to the train station
It's an okay for short term stay but room lacks some amenities such as toilet paper. Good WiFi signal in room. Power points are international. Overall not a bad choice.

Not like the pictures
Weeks or months old rotten food in a drawer. Construction in the next room and next door so hammering right on the wall behind the bed all day long. Bugs in shower. Run down. The pictures on here must be from decades ago cause it’s not like that now. Damp and dark nd musty smell. Non locking window to outside. Water is sometimes hot but it’s always questionable. Out of the 3 places I stayed in Delhi this was the worst. I did like the staff though: they seemed pretty nice for the entire time I was there. Location is in a alley but okay overall if this is where you want to stay in Delhi. Not close to metro though.

A comfort stay
The stay was comfort and amazing. All staffs were very friendly and supportive. We enjoyed our stay here and my wife was really very happy with the service of the staff.

Spacious room
We spent over night here this past weekend. The bed is comfortable and the room was nice. Hotel provided us an incredibly delicious breakfast. Everything is just 100% and perfect.

It’s Ok
Hotel location is good for visiting New delhi. It is easily accessible. Staff was very attentive. Room was clean and spacious. Good value for the money.
