This property needs a complete overhaul of management. I tried to buy pastries , gentleman said he doesnt have a container. Then i went to the restaurant and a sardarji who works there saw me yet did not even acknowledge me. Just an awful property that makes the Hyatt name depleted.

Prime location, but not a any privacy or security, no body ask for id any one knocks your room door without your permission Need more staff and security this hotel I give only 2 star this hotel , I hope they improve in future, so far is only 2 star not a 5 star

I arrived at the hotel early morning and there was no help to take your luggage to the reception. I have to carry 2 big suitcases by myself. Even at the time of check out, there was no help to bring it down. Room service and food was good.

Avoid if you get annoyed with lethargic service

My overall stay was OK but the service was lethargic. Check out experience was terrible. They charged me for food but did not give any bill. I was told it would be delivered via email in few hrs, but even after a week there is no response from them. Overall hotel is ok only if you are ok with laid back and lazy service.

Terrible maintenance. Toilet water flooded the entire room and destroyed several stuff which on the floor. The hotel staff did not take any responsibility and were just trying to get out of the situation. There was not even fair compensation provided.

A convenient location but Needs Lot of Improvement

The Hyatt Centric is what was the erstwile Hilton . Apart from the Convenient location in the Janakpuri District center, the Hotel is not at All Looking like a 5star Hotel!!!! The overall up keep & maintenance is lot to be desired off. The Room had a musty smell, was dusty and fixtres and fittings in the bathroom were all shaking and in bad condition. Upon complaining the front desk manager promptly changed my room and upgraded me, but the bathroom fittings were still not properly fixed and in proper working condition. The team is polite, professional and Courteous. The hard ware needs to be upgraded. Got the feeling that they have opend up in a Rush. Overall an ok stay.

3 requests for the tub to be cleaned no one came then i was told there was rust and thats just how the tub was. They said theyd switch my room but didnt then they said they would comp my dinner but didnt i had to fight for someone to explain to me how to dial for ab outbound call only to find out they themselves dont know how to dial outside and then i was told the phone wasnt working. I booked for 48 hrs stayed 28 and it wasnt worth the price. Not hyatt quality def. Not hyatt customer service. Who trained these people? Go back to the drawing board. Wouldnt stay there again at all

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri was exceptional from start to finish. It was a long stay and the room allocated was as per my request – high floor, quiet with city and pool views. The staff were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Thankyou Priyanka (Manager Housekeeping) for checking with me about my room. Check-in & checkout were easily handled by staff members (Shreya and the guy on checkout don’t remember his name). Thanks to Arna at the desk. Huge thanks to Karisma at the front desk for being always welcoming and looking after my request whenever I required assistance. Thanks to her again for organising Spa session at Tattva, which was another wonderful experience. The facilities were first-class from the elegant lobby and relaxing pool area to the well-equipped gym. Breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options. Room should have a pen and notepad. Security team at the entrance was fabulous. Thanks to smiling faces Santosh and Neelu. Everything about my experience felt luxurious yet comfortable. I left feeling truly pampered and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Delhi.
