After arriving at 2.15 am in the morning and having paid for 2 rooms through Expedia, they had only reserved 1 room. Then waited 90 mins to work out why there was only 1 room reserved, even though I had email confirmation from Expedia. Finally the guy at the front desk decided to contact the manager. After going through the same issue for the 4th time, with the manager, I lost the plot with the manager and after a few choice words, we had a room within 5 minutes. Then went to the room and the key would not work, after replacing it twice. Next morning, found that there were 2 other people that had the same problem with their room key.
