Pls don’t book this hotel at any cost. Nothing is working we called so many times reception to fix the ac and it was never fixed they ruin our night.

Its was ok....The property is good but not maintained well. Rooms doesnt smell fresh, they do even charge for shaving kit , dental kit etc. Linen are not those cleat that it should be for the tariff they charge to customer.

Good hotel, good ambience, good facilities.. Food also very good, clean swimming pool.. Spa and gaming zone was not there. Mainly working crowd was there, not family guests.

1.breakfast:poor breakfast. the egg is bad with terrible smell. 2. room makeup: somebody clear the room, and drink the bottle water in my room, but left half bottle unfinished in my desk. also no new bottle water supplied. 3. no hanger. 4. taxi to airport: hotel collect india rubi 2700, while uber collect only about 700rubi.

room was big in size but the toilet seats are broken one and there is dust in all over the room . Bedsheets and pilow covers are also in bad conditions and the Washbasin was also in damage condition waste water was not going in it. l will not recommend this hotel to anyone. l am totally unhappy.

Hotel was awesome and hotelier we met Abdul Qadir was really helpful. Expedia shows us breakfast was included while booking but it was not mentioned in hotel itinary. Expedia experience sucks ths time. But thanx to Qadir to make it pleasant with hotel side

チェックアウト時に明細書がPCトラブルで出せないと言われ、後日、メールにて発送すると言われたが、いまだに連絡ない。チェックイン時にフロントに一人、奥に一人いたが、フロントの人は前の客の対応に時間がかかっいるのにもかかわらず、奥の人は何も対応せず。インドだから仕方ないかもしれないが、部屋で小ゴキブリ2匹に遭遇。

Great Location
Even though it is a hotel, it is more like a serviced apartment.Hence dont expect a bell boy or a "yes Sir" Reception.But very nice location especially for those who come for Exhibition Purpose and Business.Fast Food is plenty available in the complex associated and location is easy accessible to Auto and public conveyance.Room are neat.

Great Value
i stayed at Savoy for 3 nights. It was ideally located as I was attending a conference at the Expo center. I would have given the hotel a rating of 5 if it wasn't for the fact that the rooms have no heating! January is a very cold month in Greater Noida and the hotel had no alternate arrangements to make up for the lack of central heating.

Not bad hotel, but poor service
After arriving at 2.15 am in the morning and having paid for 2 rooms through Expedia, they had only reserved 1 room. Then waited 90 mins to work out why there was only 1 room reserved, even though I had email confirmation from Expedia. Finally the guy at the front desk decided to contact the manager. After going through the same issue for the 4th time, with the manager, I lost the plot with the manager and after a few choice words, we had a room within 5 minutes. Then went to the room and the key would not work, after replacing it twice. Next morning, found that there were 2 other people that had the same problem with their room key.
