While this property has a 4 star rating I would classify it is a 3 star hotel. It lacked a standard of cleanliness and upkeep I need to feel truly relaxed in a space. The doors were very heavy to the rooms also and people made noise at all hours of the night. It was a so-so place. Service was great but the included breakfast—the indian food—was not up to standard.

Clean, Excellent staff, Great Value
I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff at this hotel. My family referred me to this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. I stayed here two separate times for 6 days in October’23. Both rooms I had were super clean, nice bedding and comfortable bed, and quiet rooms. Great breakfast with lots of options. The staff is very kind and professional. Overall the quality of this place reflects the excellent management. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Property isn’t what it looks like online. Don’t waste your money or time. The staff are great and the location is great but everything else is terrible.

夜中の騒音
もう何回も滞在しているお気に入りのホテルです。前々回と今回は夜中に突然屋上の機械から大きな音が１時間以上続きました。騒音と言っても問題ないレベルの音でした。３階のホテルでしたので４階にある機械から直接振動と騒音が来ています。次回は１階もしくは２階の部屋に滞在します。

We were there for 2 nights in their club room. Delhi was experiencing historically cold temperatures at night. My central heating didn’t work at all. They brought in an electric portable heater to my room for us to use. Totally unacceptable! Also, why would this hotel turn off hot water in the night? The Shervani hotel needed to provide hot water 24/7 given the price of the room that we were paying. We could not bathe late night after 1am or early morning at 5:30am. Truly disappointing!

Disappointing stay
To begin with, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely bad. The staff tried to fix it but it was not good enough. Upon arriving to our room, we found stains on the toilet seat. I had to call housekeeping at 10pm at night to clean it. Heater was not working in room. Called reception multiple times and they sent staff to assist. However, heater would only work for 30 minutes maximum. For the price paid which is almost 100 USD per night, this hotel is not worthy. Friends told me I could have stayed in a rated 5-star hotel for the price paid. Only good thing is the breskfast.

Before check in I requested a quiet room as I am a very light sleeper. Soon after checking in I realised there was a persistently loud vibration sound coming through my air ventilation duct. I asked to move room and was told somebody would come up to help me move: this didn't happen. I had to request a further two times, before I was moved, and the hotel insisted on removing me immediately while I was about to take a Skype meeting. This was frustrating. I would not consider this hotel to be 4 star. While the rooms were clean, I had further issues with noise from loud staff using the staff stairwell at early hours and with my bed. The bed was meant to be a double, but was two singles pushed together and this kept "splitting" while I slept. The room service food at the hotel was delicious, although the inclusive breakfast was poor: food was often cold and not to a good standard.

Rooms were spacious and included a fridge and hot water pot. Sheets and towels had stains that looked like blood. My daughter and I got food poisoning from bad papaya served at the continental breakfast.

My wife was in Delhi for her Visa interview with my Mom. My Wife was the Primary and she had her Address proof with her since she was there for her Visa interview. They really gave a hard time to my mother asking for her Address proof wheres in the instructions it clearly stated that they would need ID Proof( She was carrying her PAN CArd) . On top of that the lady at the reception wanted me to cancel my booking after the Check in time had already started. This was such a traumatic and painful experience for me my wife and my mother. She asked them to go and stay somewhere else. Since my Dad works in the Central Government and has a lot of contacts he was able to sort this issue out but it took more than 1.5 hrs of people constantly on the phone. Not to mention me being up from 3A,- 5 Am in the US. Never booking again with these guys. Completely Unprofessional and Rude.

Been staying here for 5yrs plus. Nice hotel conveniently located if you have work in or around Nehru Place / Lajpat Nagar. A few issues with hot water in the shower and TV volume fluctuation. Handled and sorted out very promptly by a Great bunch of staff. My home in Delhi.

Close to shopping areas
Clean and great service by staff. Breakfast choices could have been better and more varied. Coffee/tea tray in rooms were clean and in working condition, so Thank you. Bed was very comfortable and we had great sleep esp after a day of shopping.

Not a business hotel!
You get what you paid for! There was no internet during my stay so I missed important Skype meetings. Breakfast was disappointing. Hotel is right on a busy boulevard so if your room faces that side the noise will be terrible. And on checkout the credit machine did not work so I had to pay cash. Would NEVER book there again

5 star equivalent In a small package
This one caught me by surprise... A pleasant one at that. I had 2 club rooms and can honestly say I saved a lot from other 5 stars near by. The rooms, the service the location was ideal. Breakfast was great and the staff went far beyond expectations. Budget travel shouldn't compromise quality and this was surely a Win!

Nice stay
Relatively nice 2-day stay. Staff service, specifically of the front desk, needs improvement, while housekeeping and restaurant service was superb. One major comment though is to update ad and remove swimming pool as main amenity, to avoid misinforming potential clients.

Okay enough for a business traveler...
There was mold on/behind the soap holder in the shower. They advertise a pool, but it is completely boarded over & obviously hasn't been operable in quite some time. There is no top sheet on the bed, only the bottom sheet & duvet. A few of us ordered from food panda and wanted to eat in the lobby, but the staff made us leave stating that no outside food was allowed in the public spaces. And they weren't exactly courteous about it. Spend the extra $20 and stay at the Eros across the street.

I booked a room in this hotel because it was mentioned in Expedia.com that there was a swimming pool. But this was not so. They don't have a swimming pool.

Jaipur Stay
Comfortable room for 3 women. Roll-away bed gave us all plenty if room to sleep. Love the seating area so that we had space to spread out.
