Hello There Traveller.I am sorry to learn about your experience. During the time of your stay we were in the process of shuffling our staff on account of staff attrition. The staff on duty was taking time to come upto speed on how to manage and interact with guests. The WiFi was indeed giving trouble on the floor where you stayed on account of a fault in Network cable. The same has been replaced and the WiFi is now working normally for everyone on that floor.Regarding the room, I am sorry that you did not like the room. Maybe when you come next, I can provide you a free upgrade to our nicer rooms. Dear Guest Thanks for taking out time to write us a review. Regarding your feedback about Hot Shower, we do that in order to save power as we can turn on the hot water only when it is needed. Regarding air conditioning, we have had problem this season with 2 rooms out of the 35. I believe that you got that one. But as I write, those Air Cons are marked for removal the moment summer hits us again (it's winter here now). We take pride in being a practical, no frills budget place where we all the needs of travellers are taken care of. I do hope you will love us and the area when you return back to Delhi. Dear Sir Thanks for taking out time in writing us a review. Since your's is anonymous review, I cannot find out which room was given to you and what date you arrived for me to find out the staff on duty. So there is very little I can do to find out the real issue. But as per your feedback the housekeeping and reception staff has been advised to take care. The rooftop is closed due to government order. We are not the only one in this case, but everyone else also has closed the rooftop till further government notice. I do hope that you will choose us again to see the changes that have been made. Regards Harish

Sorry for the experience. The beds in most budget hostels are hard. We in India are used to hard beds and this is what you will find in most budget places. Regarding hot water, there is switch that needs to be turned on for providing hot water. I am sure no one told you about it. I will get this fixed ASAP. I assure you that your feedback means a lot and we will try to do our best.
