For me, the most important thing in any facility is the management. And a good management means solving problems, the rest of pyher services anybody else can provide. In.tjis facility, management is A1. I will definitely retuen back.

Room wasn’t ready. Pillow cases were off the pillows. Facilities are terrible. Old. Stains and rust everywhere. Stay elsewhere.

I needed a disability room with a walk in shower and got a tub, plus the people next door were smoking and talking very loud. Went to the desk clerk and asked him to talk to them, he did it twice with no response from them. Finally my daughter banged on the door saying “ it’s 1 o’ clock in the morning go to sleep already. We left that morning couldn’t handle another night like that.

This is usually my go to hotel here in Demopolis but i got a room and it was infested with roaches, and ive been this hotel more times then i can count and never had a problem until now.

The property is VERY run down and uncared for. There was one light bulb in the entire room. I would never stay there again.

The overall stay was good, the only complaint was that the light in the bathroom area to shower and to the toilet didn't work and I stayed there an additional time and it still doesn't work

No lock, on front door, the bathroom door didn't close, the toilet was not secure the bathtub was very slippery. my brother fall in the tub, rooms very old. But the room was clean. The two women at the front desk very nasty acting when we checked in. But we didn't want problems because we were out of towners. We had two days there but went somewhere, because of how we were treated the first day. I would NEVER stay there again because of that. This place needs updating BAD.

To be honest with u this place was terrible, I informed the receptionist when i got there my wife wanted to look at the room before we check in, I stayed there about an hour waiting for her to give me the key to check out the room, she said the computer was down and she couldn’t make the key, I asked her didn’t she have a master key so I could check the room out, she gave me a keyand we went to the room, it was terrible, bad smell, I informed her we didn’t wat the room she said that she was going to charge me for one night because my wife wash her hands, I informed her that I wasn’t going to pay for a room that I didn’t stay in, I found out she charged me for the room anyway,

We were on a spur of the moment road trip, found this place to stay, shower, high pressure, nice hot water, beds were clean and comfortable, easy access for the internet. Quiet place friendly staff. If you stay here, go to the Red Barn to eat, great food and friendly people work there too!!

needs major upgrades
the ladies at the front desk were helpful as far as swapping my room from an upstairs to a down stairs, but the hotel itself is in rough shape. it needs major revamping. should have been a 50.00-75.00 a night room for the area/brand but was paid 115.00 per night.

Just Amazing
The very nice professional woman working the front desk was just plain amazing and awesome. She was so helpful. She made sure that I had the same room both days even with two separate reservations. She made coffee for me and just plain awesome. The owners look like they are really working on fixing up the place. The room was super clean and updated.

Very dark, very little light. The tub was rusted, the power in the shower head was good but it was stuck in one mode. The air system made so much noise that constantly it woke you up.. the fire alarm went off the second night for no reason we were sleeping. Loud music in parking. Dirt in corners of bathroom. No guide for tv as to what channels to watch. Learned our lesson.. not a place to stay inside to chill and rest. Last day key didn’t work, staff had to take panel off door to unlock then we could NOT have a key bc the lock was broken. Not a good getaway.

So... this hotel is what it is essentially. The hotel needs an entire renovation performed to compete with the others around the area.
