Had to leave due to a medical emergency with my daughter. I was told when I left, there was no way to put in their system that I checked out early. That is fine, but I was told on multiple occasions that I would receive a refund for the early departure. Should have known better than to believe that. Of course since I booked with Expedia, I had to third party everything which made it take way longer than it should. After everything, the manager denied my refund request because, what a shocker, they show that I stayed all nights, which I didn't. I don't even mind them not giving the refund. If it's policy, I can respect that. My issue comes where I get told different things from the staff. Never staying here again and I may have written all this for nothing because I'm deleting my Expedia account after this. This happens every time I book through 3rd party.
