Low price, secure lot, clean bed. Room did not have a clothes rack to hang dress clothes. Some lights did not work. Staff worked to try to address concerns.

Came in at 8pm to check in. Nowhere in Expedia was saying checkin being 3 to 7pm. Nobody was there. Place was closed. Called the emergency number, they said too bad , I am loosing my full $380 stay . Expedia don’t wanna do anything about it. Dealing with bank now.

It was right off the 6 highway. The other occupants kept to themselves. My bed was missing the comforter but the other bed in my suite did have one. The staff was kind and helpful. The conversations in the hallway could be heard in my room.

The place is a pig sty. I am not sure if my room had been cleaned in months. TV didn't work, heater didn't work, toilet had problems. Office only open mid-day. STAY AWAY!

I have a long list of complaints from my one night stay. In short, the room was uninhabitable and the staff would not give me another one. This is a place that has gone to weekly rentals and is housing disadvantaged people for the county. They should not be on Expedia. Broken windows, unsafe neighborhood, reduced office hours (11am to 7pm only), the suite kitchen was empty of utensils or pans, no soap, and brown mud (or worse, I didn't check) smeared all over the insides of a closet. And the lobby was being repair from some break-in that happened earlier in the week when I arrived. I refused to stay the second and third night of my pre-paid booking. Expedia repeated contact for days and only when I got home did they finally get the manager. Who refused to refund me any of my pre-paid fee. Expedia was great to work with, but this hotel is the worst. I instead got a rental car and went to Boulder early, spending a wonderful weekend based out of the Hyatt there.

I was in room 219 and the room was dirty, floor was not swept, one of the two beds had dirty sheets. I had to ask the front dest for a broom to sweep my own floor. You have a kitchen with a stove top but zero pots or pans. Went out one evening to eat and when we returned there were 6 police cars in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe!!! We will NEVER stay at another Red Roof Inn hotel.

The pictures shown did not portray what was actually there. It was extremely dirty, smelled like smoke and mold. Awful room with broken couch and bed. Wall had a hole in it. We left within 10mins yes of being there. We want a refund.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to!!! I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to live here!!! Housekeeping didn’t do their jobs! Refused to clean my room or give me towels! I had to buy my own towels for the remainder of my stay! Front desk was absolutely no help at all when it came to getting my room cleaned or fresh towels! Infested with rats at the dumpster, HUGE RATS. This hotel is disgusting and everyone is highly unprofessional that works there! Please save your money and book elsewhere. * laundry room has been broken for 5/6 months says employee, and elevator also gets STUCK

Rough but affordable.
The hotel is very worn, but it’s to be expected with an incredible price. It’s an extended stay type of hotel, but it’s pretty quiet. Though worn, the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to lay your head, you should check it out.

My stay at the RedRoof hotel was a complete disappointment. The hotel was shockingly filthy, and the sight of rats near the entrance in the parking lot was a major turn-off. The surrounding area seemed unsafe with crime upon check in with security escorting people out which added to our discomfort. To top it off, our room smelled of cigarette, had a broken dresser that was overlooked making me wonder if rooms are cleaned at all, graffiti on the walls in the room, surfaces were not cleaned, floors were very dirty, toilet top was broken and the mattress was dirty and overused causing extreme discomfort, making it impossible to stay there any longer. We had to check out early and urgently find another hotel. I would strongly advise against staying at the RedRoof hotel.

This is the worst, most miserable excuse for a hotel. 1) Outside "hotel" sign was not lit up; 2) Staff leave at 7PM; you have to call to get someone to show up; - A cigarette smoking man showed up after I called; 3) Elevators don't work (and we had a 3rd story place); 4) Stairs, walls, floor, were filthy and smelly (smelled of cigarette smoke and urine); 5) Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke; 6) Microwave did not work We arrived late so had to spend the night. Although we were booked for 2 nights, we beat a hasty retreat to a Mariott Courtyard and back to civilization. I am extremely surprised that Expedia would list this place. Stay here at your own peril.

This property should not be advertised on Expedia as an over night hotel. It is mainly used for long term stays. It felt more like a homeless shelter. There were people that were obviously using it as an apartment building. It was not very clean. We woke up to a mouse in our room eating some food we had thrown away. There was a dead rat in the parking lot. One afternoon when we returned, there was a man passed out in the parking lot and staff was just walking around him like it was normal. It says “no pets” in the list of rules but one room we walked by had a cat sitting in the window and I was woken up at 4:30 am to dogs barking. They barked for at least an hour. I would’ve asked for my money back, but we didn’t have time when we got into town as we had tickets to an event. It was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I booked a few months before my trip. I arrived on a Sunday and was told by security that the property is a pay by week hotel and the office is closed on Sunday. They were unable to check me in for my 3 night stay. Luckily I booked through Expedia and they were able to refund me and find another hotel for me that night. Expedia was unaware of this hotel being a weekly. Maybe the 10 rats I saw playing amongst the cars, while I sat in my car booking a new hotel, are aware.

Dirty room, no one in office.
The room was absolutely filthy. We went to our event and when we got back to the room the door opened with out the key. We decided not to stay the night and there was no one in the office so we could checkout. A security guard “checked” us out by taking the room key. This is a residential hotel. If we had known that ahead of time I would not have booked it!

We arrived at 2PM to check in and was abruptly told that they could not even look us up on the computer until 3PM. We sat in the parking lot for a few minutes to decide how to kill an hour in a part of town that looked run down and questionable. A few minutes is all it took. We noticed a young man dressed all in black with a back pack coming from the row of rooms. As soon as he saw us he pulled up his hoodie (90 degrees outside) over his face and scurried away. Not more than a minute later we saw a young woman wearing short shorts and a revealing top stroll our way from the room area. Not certain but suspect she was working the area. Overall a very poor setting to spend the night was our conclusion. We decided to leave and stay in a different area and hotel. Non-refundable booking so we lost the funds for one night. Probably a small price to pay for what may have happened to us.
