I would never stay here again. There are bed bugs. Mind you, we were there for a funeral. We were moved from a 2 bedroom suite to a one bedroom handicap had to change rooms 3 times. We were told that we would receive a refund for the room and have still yet to receive it. I have been fighting for a month now for my refund. I would never, ever ever recommend or stay at this hotel ever again. The management (Ashley) Agreed to a refund which has still yet to be applied, and they said they never agreed well obviously if there was bed bugs and we were moved rooms it was for a reason.
I don't know who wouldn't have asked for some kind of compensation cause I know I did. And have again still yet to receive it. Not to mention that since we book with expedia someone should be resolving the issue But that is yet to happen.. We are trying to see who is going to compensate as expedia is also giving us a hard time Because stayb does not want to pay them well, guess what? That's not my problem when there are bed. Bugs in a hotel crawling on my children's bed and pillow this could be a serious health issue. My daughter is scared to sleep at night. Because she feels that there's always going to be bugs. Clean your hotel better make your customers experience easy and nice clean, and make it a safe environment. And when you promise or say, you are going to do something for a customer who goes through a situation like this at your hotel. Make sure to follow through
