The good: Surprisingly enough, the FIRE restaurant was probably the highlight and saving grace of the stay at the hotel. The food was delicious (Wife and I only ordered appetizers since we didn't want full meals) and those were tasty and the staff were extremely delightful.
The Bad: almost everything else. To start, there is no self parking at all. That was my bad and I should have done more research but only having valet parking ($54/night) and no self parking is insane. Not only that, but the room we booked was a "Mountain View Deluxe" and im not sure if the photos were old but the mountain view is covered by new construction and not worth the premium price. Strongly encourage folks to try and find current photos of the mountain view. Finally, the $20 "resort" fee. This hotel tacks on a $20/day fee that you have to use or lose each day you stay and it can only be used at the restaurant or bar, and I am not sure what this fee is being used towards except to charge customers an extra fee because I do not think there is a pool/hot tub located in the building anywhere. Either way, this fee is a bit annoying to deal with because you will either get charged $20 a day at the end of your stay or you end up spending $20 worth (or more) at the bar or restaurant to "use" that fee for the day.
Overall, some of the staff were nice and quick to solve our issues, others were a little curt and unhelpful. The cleaning staff was quick and helpful to handle the changing of a top sheet that
