Rooms were just OK! Walls and floors need a good wipe down. Water pressure in shower was the worst. They piled trash at the end of every hall and it smelled rancid. You get what you pay for; Definitely recommend staying at any of the other multiple hotels/suites in the near vincinity.

There was a stench in the hallways which was unbearable. Staff couldn’t find on a not so busy day my reservations from expedia and asked me to contact Expedia rather than looking a bit harder despite me giving them the reservation numbers. They did find the reservation though after a second look. Location is very convenient. Property is poorly maintained.

Clean, comfortable room and bed. The lobby and entrance isn’t fancy but the rooms are nice. Refrigerator is older but functions, it’s big and has an ice machine.

The room was lovely and built like a studio apartment, so I felt right at home. The only things that bugged me were the condition of the chair left in a my room that needed to be reupholstered. The staff was friendly and the area was quiet for much needed rest. Would stay here agin!

Overall the stay was nice. Loved the large space for our room and that our 2 queen beds were in separate rooms. Beds were soft and one of our headboards was completely broken. After the shower ran the bathroom smelled smoky. I would say it was a good value for what we got. Would recommend newer tvs, new mattresses and a magic eraser to get some of the marks off the walls. Overall the space was clean.

Nice suites for the money. Kitchenette, gym with some weights, laundry. Things they could work on, $5 parking? No USB ports in the rooms? All the hallway and outside trash cans are full. Rooms need bigger TV. Id probably stay here again.

The room itself was clean and comfortable and I have no complaints. The common areas (stairwells, halls, elevator) were dirty with a lot of mud and debris on the floors. I suspect it was because there were construction workers staying there and it was very wet and muddy, but the areas didn't get cleaned in the 3 nights we were there.

This suite set up was convenient. Large space, sufficient kitchen supplies/accessories. Shower pressure was excellent. Beds comfortable and heat/AC responsive. Quiet space. Workout room well stocked. Big snow storm came thru. They could have and should have done better job clearing one of the entrances. I and 4-5 other vehicles at different times during the weekend got stuck in the same deep snow that was insufficiently cleared. After about 36 hours was cleared. Also they charged for parking. Ask for that fee to be removed…completely unnecessary and was not clear on website that there was a fee. They were nice and easy going on fee removal.

Took lot of time to check-in as nobody was there to help. It was very cold inside the room throughout the night and there's no option to control the thermostat as it's locked.

Love this property, except for price. Only amenities are free laundry and a workout room. No vending machines or breakfast. Price is too high, due to this.

Bad choice, read on.
The elevator is out of order and does not work. I am handicapped and this was a major problem the front desk person did the best he could and hauled our bags up as I slowly made my way up to the third floor. He got to the door before me and opened it to put our bags in and found someone else was still in the room. He then moved us to a studio room, and that room didn’t have any USB ports for charging phones. I was not about to go down the stairs to my truck to get the plug-in for that USB cable. They gave us a small cash discount off our price. The hotel was no more than one or two stars out of five if you need a room and have no other choice, it wasn’t bad but it might be best to find another location.

Checked out on day 1 of a 14 day reservation.
Checked out after day 1 of a 14 day reservation. Couldn't get my room cleaned even after a new reservation started, got a terrible rash after sleeping there (hoping it's not bedbugs), incredibly noisy neighbors. I suspect this hotel is used for construction crews, etc. who come back late and loud. Ended up losing 13 days of a paid reservation because it was non-refundable/pre-paid on Hotels.com
