It was okay, but our toilet kept plunging up and we had to fix it. It was also not very clean. You are not allowed to have visitors, pets, or anything of the sort.

The hotel looked ok from outside. Desk clerk who was also the manager was not friendly on verge of rude. Elevator was out so we had to use stairs to get to room. The room itself was disgusting. It was a non smoking room and when we entered it smelled horrendously of stale cigarettes and cigar smoke. Set asthma off and then when my boyfriend complained the manager said nothing they can do. We ended up leaving and taking a loss on money. Don’t ever recommend this place

Clean, but run down. Broken dresser, hairdryer didn't work. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows.

The bed was pretty comfy. The bathroom light was so dim it was hard to see. There was no hair dryer. Broken tiles and out dated for sure. No one was at the desk at check out or any other time I walked by. It says smoke free but there is a lingering smell of smoke through out.

Nothing it was dirty disgusting ,the bedding was burned from prior cigarettes and the carpet was all ripped,the bathroom was full of black mold , the jacuzzi was unplugged and not working ,there was hair behind the bathroom door full of hair that the cleaning people did not clean to well , and outside the window was the dirtiest washer and dryer broken in my view for me to see , dirty hotel will never book there again did not stay for the full time left because it was so dirty

I had to get this place as a last-minute plan B, but it worked ok. Not a great location, but a decent option if you just need a bed for the night.

Bad smell, wall paper pealing, vent falling out ceiling toilet paper holder broke could keep going. This place should be closed until they clean it up and update it

The people who work here were a big help to me, especially Jennifer, who checked me in and out, and gave me a free lightbulb when I needed one.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was old and dirty. Room was dirty. No breakfast because of Covid. Overall, it was OK, but not great. I travelled with my family of 6 and we were not too thrilled to stay here. The helpful staff was the only positive.

It smelled like vape as soon as we arrived. There was a hole in our bathroom door. The floor was sticky and the wallpaper was peeling. Definitely would not return.

The housekeeper was very nice. Front desk staff took almost 30 minutes to check me in. The first room they gave me had not even been cleaned so i had to get a different room. The other night time desk person was shaving their head in the lobby. Another guest was blasting their music past midnight and i had to complain for the desk staff to even say anything. Kids running around in their underwear. Desk staff yelling down hallway around 1am for the owner of a vehicle to move their truck. Owners son threatened to have my truck towed if i didn't straighten it out after it had been parked there all day, and he had already parked next to it. Seemed as though he felt very entitled. Owner or other worker smoking inside the entrance. The housekeeping staff were the only professional workers. It was ok for the price, however the owner and desk workers need some training on how to treat their guests and accommodate paying customers.

I will speak to the owners son, however the front desk clerk shaving her head in the lobby is currently fighting brain cancer and had surgery and they had to shave most of her hair so she had someone else finish it. You shouldnt comment on people unless you know what they are currently going through.

Well it was Horrific….. They have Bedbugs and denied me a refund. I had just checked in at 3:54am and as soon as I got comfortable, I got bit. I took a picture and showed it to the man downstairs and he laughed a little and asked if I was sure it was what I said it was.
