Reasonable price with good internet access
Stayed for a few week for job. It was a good stay compared with price. Good internet access and location to high way. Kind staffs, but the meals needs to be various. Most people said that breakfast was good, but in my opinion the menu is always same. So it might be decent morning menu, but a few weeks later it will be fed up with menu. However the rate for staying is still reasonable. For the long term stay and cost efficiency, it could be quite good option.

I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub that was close without having to walk very far. They literally put me at the farthest distance being the last room at the farthest end of the longest hallway upstairs. The bathtub faucet did not work. I told them and they said they can switch my room but I already hauled heavy luggage up and was too tired, weak and worn out to move it again without help so needed to soak in the tub and they would not help me move to do so. I had just had cancer surgery and was in pain and they knew all this when I checked in. The sink did not have hot water only cold and their was dirty foot prints on the bathroom floor and hair in the sink and on the toilet. The refrigerator did not work. This room was unacceptable and staff was not helpful knowing my situation and condition and that I was in town for a funeral. This was not acceptable and they did not seem to care when I reported it!

Overcharged me, I caught this at checkout the lazy lady behind the counter that was sleeping said she will correct later never did . I wasted a lot of time on the phone. They admitted their mistake as a computer glitch waiting on refund .Staff Rude and uncaring. Breakfast food was horrible cold, stale, nasty.. room could definitely use some upgrades and repairs water took forever to get warm.

Friendly Staff
Staff were great. Check in was easy. Breakfast was a good variety. Coffee was 24 hours. Yay!! Pool was nice and large and was not busy. Overall hotel was a little worn and the heater was touchy, but the staff made up for it. They were fabulous. I would stay again.
