The hotel is beautiful. Our room was huge, super clean, and the bed was comfy. Close to parking for the airport. Front desk staff (Lakeisha?)was very nice.

I really enjoy Hamptons, never been disappointed staying in one! The only downside to this one is GPS was off & it was difficult to find/get to, but that's not the hotel's fault!

Very standard hotel but overpriced for what they offer, really. Walls are paper thin, I could actually hear, and understand, what the next door person was saying. Not ideal. Other than that it was fine.

We like that we are not to far from the airport and they offer 24 hr. shuttle. You can get a good dinner at the hotel next door and charge it to your room. Rooms are nice and clean. Our floor was being refurbished. The new carpet in some of the rooms we saw looks very nice. We'll being staying there again, later in the year, for our next early trip.

The pool wasn't heated had a sign on the door saying it was broken was not told at checkin smoke alarm kept going off in the room said would send maintenance an never did the elevator door got stuck an wouldnt open for a like 10 seconds a bunch of times after the elevator got to the floor the key cards they gave wouldnt open the door a bunch of times
