Due to low occupancy, the restaurant does close and guests are refunded for breakfast purchases. I am not aware of any of our guest rooms having roaches. The room was booked as a handicap accessible but you did not choose the one with the roll in shower with the seat you booked the one with the tub. I apologize that the shower did not function appropriately for you. They are not the easiest one to operate. You have to pull the handle back towards you for the water to come on then you can turn it to hot or cold temperature.
