Hello John, as front desk staff explained to you, our facility is smoke free, of any time of smoking, and we try to keep it that way. In addition on the registration card you signed it clearly states that any type of smoking in the room isnt allowed and that you would be charged a 150.00 fee .Its unfortunately that we get a poor review because you decided to smoke in the room. Thanks for staying with us,

Sarah, please accept our apologizes that we did not meet your expectations. I do want to inform you that our property gets treated regularly by pest control professionals but part of our property is outdoor and sometime it can be to where some insects could sneaked in if the door is opened. In addition, we have made note of this and will be sure that we do what is in our power to avoid any issues in the future. We hope that you will give us the chance to serve you again in the future.
