Upon entering the room, towel rack was laying on the floor, toilet had wrong size seat (round seat on elongated rim - pinched when you sat), stuffed animal under AC, unpainted patchwork on walls, small hole in ceiling, dead lock broken, and room next door had completely broken outside door handle/lock that buzzed with some sort of alarm. Upon further stay, bed was worse than sleeping on floor (no sleep, sore hips, back and neck), tub was slow to drain (wife had to wash hair, step out, wait, then go back in to quickly wash), had to hold toilet handle down to flush, and TV had several lines running down screen that never went away. All this AND THEY CHARGED US $50 DEPOSIT, incase we made damages to the the already broke room. Was "handicapped" room (although we did not ask or require). Regular step in tub, no grab bars anywhere, and a wheelchair would have been hard pressed to get from bathroom through small space between bed and fridge. Only handicap service was low hanging rack and bare floor. On a good note, there were no cockroaches... That we saw. We stay in many hotels and enjoy hotels.com rewards. This was by far worst place ever.
