The sinks were very slow drain. First time we used the toilet it overflowed. Went to the front desk to get a plunger but that did not work. I was told nothing they could do except use the public bathroom and wait until morning when maintenance got in. The next morning, before I left for the day I reminded the front desk of our issue and she assured me they were on it.
Returned about 8pm, my door key didn't work so I had to go back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. Get into the room to find the toilet was never tended to. Went to the back to the front desk and was told due to it being a holiday they had no staff to take care of the toilet. After a little back and forth, I got the clerk to get me a new room (Which should of happened originally). Same style room a floor up...noticed the hallway was half painted, like they gave up halfway through. New room was OK, there were busted tiles on the bathroom floor.
On the positive side, the beds were comfortable..that's all I can say.
The staff was inept. The whole building is screaming for renovation from the lobby (plexi-glass at the front desk??) to the hallways to the rooms. What a horrible stay.
