Good hotel reasonably near Bangalore Airport
A short stay overnight. The associated restaurant served us a good evening meal. The hotel is close to Bangalore Airport, which is why we chose it.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. We stayed just one night, so didnt get to use the amenities, but the restaurant was good. Clean, friendly staff, and lots of services available (laundry, dry cleaning, and printing were ones that mattered to me).

Stayed here recently for a night the place to be tidy and very well kept. The staff both at the reception and reservation desks where very friendly and professional and took good of the numerous short travel arrangements I required. Definitely staying here the next time I am in town

This is an unusual property as it is more a convention centre than a hotel. It is very spread out and requires a drive through back streets to get to. That said, it is quite close to the airport, and they have plenty of vehicles. Their buffets were fabulous, among the best I have had. The rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed one night in a 2 BR suite, which was like an apartment with a kitchen area complete with fridge and stove. However there were no pots to use the stove and there was no water running in the kitchen skin. In terms of staff, they were mostly friendly and helpful but there were some issues. My wife and son flew in separately from me and, while I was picked up promptly, they were waiting over an hour, all the while talking but failing to communicat with the staff over what the problem was. The day we left we ate breakfast at 9, signed to our room and told the desk we'd be checking out at noon. When I was at the airport I got a call saying the breakfast charge had not been included in the bill. I then spent much of the next day trying to figure out how to electronically transfer money to them. All in all this is a great place for a long stay or a large group or - as we were doing - for an overnight, but if you were in BLR for a few days and wanted to see the city it would be rather out of the way.

Nice Hotel that Double Charged Our CC
This is a nice hotel in Bangalore that double charged my credit card and has yet to resolve their error. None of my emails have been returned. My recommendation is to stay at another property.

The property was a good over all value. A little bit away from the airport. But for the money I would stay there again. They have a nice swimming area for kids

Not 5-star but OK
For being rated 5-star bathroom sure was not upto standard. Bad stinch throughout stay even after reporting to front desk. Balcony and exit area was also not maintained. There are no snacks or vending machines for kids. Rely mostly on restaurant food.

Great hotel let down by bathroom
Stayed here one night prior to flying home . Hotel is lovely and rooms are great apart from the bathroom. They are not clean or modern in keeping with standard of room . Bathroom also lacked some basic essential amenities too , plus had to ask for hand towels as only given bath towel . Our bathroom was a real disappointment and not very clean , skirting didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time . Pool area is great although pool a bit cold . Swim up bar is great too . Eating places are ok but staff seem to lack an understanding of basic English, not even sufficient to order correct items or charge for correct items . Spa was outstanding and I can highly recommend it . Overall hotel a great place for some relaxing before a flight home .

Close to the airport so lots of aircraft noise.
15 minutes from the airport so lots of take off and landing noise. The hotel is on the flight path and not enough sound proofing to the rooms.

comfortable and satisfactory. Needs a bit of improvement in protocol and hospitality with customers. Personal care and a briefing of all the technical fixtures in the room. The shower area without curtain and door may not be acceptable by many customers. Also, air vent in bathroom is a must,if it is there-it was not working.

Went for a days stay, too many people , overloaded the place with corporate outings. The pool was filled with them. The stay was good But food was below average Pretty average experience altogether.

We wanted to close to the international airport
We picked this hotel as we had an early flight out the next morning and had read that if we stayed in the city centre, it could take 1 hr plus to get to the airport. We stayed in a room in the building that houses the reception downstairs. The room was amazing...very very modern (a mood light switch!) and comfortable. Food at the buffet restaurant was adequate. The pool was closed by the time we arrived, but this hotel served its purpose and we enjoyed its comforts. The staff were also great, and organised a car to pick us up from the train station and take us to the hotel when we arrived in Bangalore. All round a nice experience and only 15 minutes from the airport the next morning, allowing us to sleep in and have some breakfast before we left.

Für einen Stop-Over gut geeignet
Das Hotel liegt exakt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Insofern kann ich mir schlecht vorstellen, dass man dort einen SPA-Aufenthalt verbringt, obwohl die Hotelanlage dementsprechend ausgestattet ist. Ich bin spät am Flughafen angekommen und musste am frühen Vormittag auf den nächsten Flug. Für diesen Zweck ist das Hotel gut geeignet - ca. 12 Minuten mit dem Taxi, sofern der Taxifahrer weiss wo das Hotel liegt. In der Nacht waren keine Flugzeuge zu hören, wobei ich erwähnen muss, dass ich einen sehr festen Schlaf habe. Es gehört zu der Hotelklasse, das einen leeren Miknibar Kühlschrank im Zimmer anbietet.

Nice place to hang out before a long flight
The pool, water slides, badminton courts, spa made this a great place to spend a day before we flew out. The rooms and facilities are clean and well maintained.

Nice Resort for a short outing with family
Nice, clean and calm resort for a short stay with family. The water slides helped to keep the kids engaged. Reasonably good food. The rooms were comfortable and there was nothing to complain about. Longer stay with kids could be boring since there are not many things for kids to do. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!

Good stay close to Bangalore airport. Some good SPA amenities even a squash court. Restaurant food was very good. Directly under Bangalore airport jets landing path so noisy day and night

Convenient to airport. Room spacious but a few power outs. Bed sheet stained with what looked like old blood. Called for a change of bed linen which was done. Overall emphasis was on appealing cosmetic appearance and not followed through with maintenance or attention to details.
