Dear Chris, Thank you for your feedback. We scrutinise all feedback, especially any negative comments in an effort to continually improve our product and service to meet guests’ expectations. I am so sorry that, in this instance, we failed to meet yours. Noise in a hotel is a very difficult problem and one that doesn’t have a ready solution. Subsequently, your review causes me much sadness and frustration. I have never stayed in a hotel room or even a private bedroom that was noise free. Our walls are not paper thin, but there will always be some noise from some source. Some guests are particularly sensitive to foreign noises. Guests who take the time to provide hotel with feedback are so very much appreciated and I do not want you to feel that I have dismissed your comments lightly.
