This property had bed bugs and roaches I could not get a refund the hotel was no help terrible service hotel was in poor conditions

Had a weird smell in the room. Not the cleanest. Sanding walls in the hallway when I came out in the morning, filled will dust. Lights flashing when leaning back on the headboard.

Very horrible, stinky, disgusting, smelled cigarettes since entering the lobby and hallways and the rokms worsem. so bad that you Couldnt eat of how bad it was. The bathrooms smelled like pee and the shower clogged.

‘I Will Not Tolerate Racism' I Don't Know Where To Begin. First Off. When I Arrived It Was Ok. A Little Bit Of Charm In A Sort Of Rustic Way. Got Into The Elevator, Pressed Floor 2, Got Off The Elevator And BAM... A Powerful Smell Of Marijuana Punched Me The Face! Walked Down The Hallway And Smelled Cigarettes (In Which I Don't Smoke). I Thought This Was A Non Smoking Establishment?? But, What Takes The Cake Is The Disrespectful, Rude,, Racist, Heavyset Woman At The Desk!!! This Woman Laughed With And Talked With EVERYONE But, People Of Color! I Can't Condone That.... Therefore I Will NOT Be Returning.

I can assure you that we respect every guest and every nationality: our entire staff is multi racial, and we never discriminated anyone. I apologize if we appeared to be rude. I will discuss the quality of service with our front desk department and I am sure, we will correct this issue that you had experienced. I wish you would let me know right away while here, on premises, and I could immediately follow-up on this.. I am always available to hear guests' concerns. We always address every guests' complaint. In regards to the smoke smell: we are non-smoking place. Unfortunately, some guests disrespect this policy and we have to take some actions to enforce our policy as well as eliminate smoke smell, it there are any.Thank you for your review.Sincerely,

Check in was very complicated. He wanted me to pay and I already paid online. Took forever! I no heat on in the room. It was freezing

ok 1. girl at front desk rude and nasty lots of attitude not pleasanr or happy spoke very rude to me 2. restaurant they wanted us to wait three hours for our food it opened at 500 was told come get it at 700 again another rude worker 3 Had to leave 2 am because the guy next door had tv on blasting all night Could not sleep I feel rude workers leaving at 2am I wasted 160 Dollors it was not what I expected Bascilly I burned 160 dollars Need refund asap AND THE WORST WAS YOU EXPedia I am a loyally customer always booking with you And Friday morning I found out the same room was 10 percent was off I called excpedia and THEY WERE nasty said their was nothing they could do YOU ARE A HUGE COMPANY IM A LOYAOLLY CUSTOMER YOU COULDNT be nice and give me the 10 percent off Which pissed me off before I got there right there I spent thirty more dollars and then I walk into hotel girl never said hello wasn't rude I except a lot more from hotel and expedia

When i first checked in i was sent to 2 different rooms that i didnt ask for. Then i got to a room i asked for the ac didnt work. Then i get switched to a room where the ac worked but the fridge didnt. The at 430 in the morning Ppl were banging on the door trying to get in my room. This is the worst experience ive ever had in a hotel. I will never go back to this one.

Had room with jetted tub it shut off frequently barely can tell which knob is hot or cold bc the dot indicating hot or cold is so small you can’t see it unless you wear glasses.
