The day we checked in the lady at the desk was unfriendly. The beds were like trying to sleep on a piece of steel and the breakfast didn’t look good at all!

Other then the beds being a bit hard and causing slight back pain over all a nice place with good breakfast. Pet friendly a definite plus. Would stay again.

Adequate for our purposes
Was adequate for a one-night stay along our journey. Could see the effort was made to keep things clean and neat. Comfortable bed, lots of pillows and warm blanket, nice TV. But just was worn and in need of repairs and updating - worn carpet, pilled sheets. Breakfast was good, basic. Did the job, just not top of the line but was priced accordingly.

Was in room 129 with our dog. Nice clean updated room. Easy, check in and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and enjoyed being so close to Logan Steakhouse after a long day of driving. Didn't like the icy driveway (at least walkway was clear). Assuming it is because they don't have road salt like I am used to in Ontario but an attempt to clear the parking area wpuld have been nice as we were towing our trailer. (I did talk a fall on the ice but was not hurt. Was more worried about the dog hurting his legs as we crossed the parking lot)

Do not stay here!!!
We didn’t end up getting to stay. I got in the shower, only to notice there was dirty washcloths hanging on the shower rod. Then had to ask for clean sheets bc they had hair and makeup stains. So I changed out the bedding, left the dirty sheets in floor, got in bed and sunk in the broken mattress. We packed up, told front desk and they assured us a refund within 72 hrs. This is about 2 am. We had checked in sometime between 1-1:30am. We had to get back in the road without a place to stay…ending up at a rest stop. A few hours later, I received an email from the manager saying they weren’t refunding our money bc we took a shower and left some trash in the trashcan. This is after I clearly changed their bedsheets for them and they had given us a dirty room!!!

2.5 average hotel, great location.
Location was great, up charge to go from king to two Queens. Upon entering room , curtains were stained but room was good. Air/ heater unit was noisy, so we just turned it off( weather was great ,so we could). Good for the price, just average as far as hotels go.

Pretty good.
Stayed two week nights - overall not a bad experience. The bed is definitely firm, but that's not a problem for me. If you are on the interstate side you'll hear some road noise and the music from the restaurant parking lot next door in the evening. Thankfully the AC unit has the constant fan option so that drowns out the noise and I slept well. Housekeeping changed towels and emptied trash after first night, but didn't make the bed for some reason. Breakfast is pretty decent.

Sheets had huge dark stains resembling blood. . Coffee pot had used coffee in it. Nasal discharge dried on bathroom door. Very uncomfortable with cleanliness so slept on top of bedding instead. Good place to stay.
The hotel was hard to find at first. The signs are hard to see. Everything was great once we located the hotel. Breakfast was good and it was quiet. My husband said his bed was just fine but my dog and I had a hard bed that wasn’t so comfortable.

Don't let the bed bugs bite
My wife and I were in the last room on the left bottom floor near the dumpsters. Room was comfortable but not clean. Stuff left in refrigerator. fingernail on the carpet. There was shady things going on by the dumpster. Looked like drug deals. Still, it was alright but, I got bedbug bites out the wazoo. From my neck, under arms, 13 red marks in a row on my side.

The room has recently been updated and is very nice. Breakfast in the morning was the average hotel fare but there was very limited seating and we had to carry our food outside, up the stairs and back to our room. Nothing they could do to fix this, but I hate checking in at 11pm then having to carry our suitcases and coolers up a flight of stairs then all the way down a super long corridor (through the water puddles from dripping air conditioners) to our room.

This particular Best Western was way over priced, the beds were too hard, the bathroom door would not close, and the room was not very clean. It is overpriced because it’s set up like a motel, where the room opens to the outside, and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs; this would be fine if the price was not so high. I would not recommend this best Western.

Television didn’t work. Called the front desk. They said they would call back. She never called. My wife went to use a “clean” towel and found hairs on the towel.

Check in was prompt, clerk was courteous and helpful. Room and grounds were clean, well maintained. Breakfast was good, stocked well by friendly staff.

The service was good but the breakfast was bad. For a one night stay on a long travel trip is was fine but they need to do something about breakfast.

Centrally located and easy to get to. Bathroom wall behind the door had mold and the comforters and bedskirts were dirty. Towels were very small even for a size 8 person. Breakfast was good and had variety.

Room was clean, personal was good, Bed was somewhat uncomfortable, but overall everything was clean, price was good and that is what is most important for me
