Sadly we thought id be better than it looks. We only stayed here cause we were traveling due to moving across the country. Ended up stopping at the mcd across the street n decided to stay here due to pet friendly and pet fee was small. Plus last minute booking. They seemed to overkilled on the perfume or spray used in the hotel to mask the moldiness smell or something cause it smells so strongly of perfume. Hard to breathe. We had to open the windows to let some of the smell out to be able to breathe better. Had simple breakfast but waffle mix mustve been old cause it tasted sour. Ended up just throwing it out. Since it was just a last minute night stay n affordable, we just stayed here but we would never stay again if we around here.

i had my do not disturb sign on the door and the day before checkout, the head housekeeper knocked on my door two different times, and even opened it, but i had the security latch on. I didnt appreciate that.

This property is very basic. It was clean. The staff was pleasant. The bed was super comfy. I asked for a better chair for my room as the chair was an office chair on wheels. They did look for one but there wasn’t anything else available other than a basic chair in the dining area which worked for me. The breakfast is minimal. The pool was great. The hotel worked for me because I was not in the room much as I was visiting friends in the area. I would stay there again.

Misuse of money and my time!!
Disappointed to say the least!! Corners cut to save money I understand but no relaxing comfortable chair in my room, worn out stained sheets on the bed and cigarette burn holes in the comforter on my bed! Thats just a blatant misuse of money in my opinion!! I am sorry but I will not be back!! Also the a/c spewed a horrible urine smell the whole time!! Ugh!!

My bed was a rock. No pillow top. The pillow cases had stains. Burn holes in the bedspread. Toilet wasn't bolted down so the whole fixture tipped. Bathtub wouldn't drain. Brown makeup or heaven forbid poop was on the bathroom light switch. Freezer was completely iced over. I complained about the tippy toilet after my first of 3 nights. They said they had no other rooms available. I told them they had the next day while I was at a convention to fix to tub and toilet. Came back to my room and the toilet was not fixed!! I said I would not stay my last night in the room with a tipping toilet. The front desk man made me show him how it tips. I did. He asked me what the problem with it was. I told him it tipped over anytime I moved. He said he didn't understand. So I told him I was going to be blunt. That when I take a crap, and need to learn to wipe, it nearly dumps me on the floor. They finally moved me into another room. I shouldn't have had to explain it like that. The second room had pillow top mattresses which made me even madder that I had spent 2 nights on a rock hard bed. The mirror in the second room was cracked across the whole lower 1/3 on the right side. I brought my bathing suit because there was a pool... But after seeing how they kept the rooms, I wouldn't set foot in the pool.

Where do I start?
This was probably one of the worst stays we have had anywhere! The man at the front desk was polite however there were quite a few issues with the room and cleanliness. The moment we walked in there was a chair (a sitting chair) that was extremely dingy and dirty looking, I didn’t even want to sit in it. Proceeded to the bathroom, went to use a hand towel after washing my hands and it had multiple brown stains on the front AND back. It was bad enough that the toilet looked like it was going to give us splinters. I mean come on… toilet seats should not be THAT expensive to replace. Lastly when I got up to take a shower, the drain was extremely backed up and I was showering in a least an inch of two of water!!! Yuck!!! If every other somewhat decent looking hotel wasn’t “sold out”, I would have definitely found somewhere else to stay!!! Sorry but this was unacceptable!

When I booked the room in comments I requested a room with a shower for a handicap person. Was told that when I book through another company doesn't mean I would get one.But even if you had showers with hand grips or even a shower stool would be helpful. 3 handicap rooms just isn't enough.

Homeless population was renting rooms by the week, Linens were rags, ac made grinding sound all night. Management said basically ( deal with it no other rooms available) heavy police presence do to homeless population, Expedia and Wyndham should not endorse this property.

Affordable and comfortable with a lovely lobby.
Pool was nice, really chlorinated but extremelyclean and cool. The family enjoyed it. Front desk clerk was kind and informative upon check-in. Our room was clean just had a lingering smell of maybe a pet had stayed the night before but not a bother. Breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal and my son's favorite WAFFLES! :) Always a winner with our family 😂 Coffee was available through out the night. My husband and I enjoyed this. There were lots of people staying at the hotel but seemed like construction crews, so people hanging out drinking coffee after working all day was a nice atmosphere especially in the lobby my family enjoyed the plants.

Worst stay ever I’m a hotel
In town for a funeral. The guy that checked us in was rude. I went to my room to realize the floor wasn’t clean so I went back to the front desk to ask them to clean the floor. The man then informed me I could checkout if I wasn’t happy with my but because I didn’t book through them I wouldn’t receive a refund. How rude is that right?! I only asked for the floor to be cleaned. I would never stay here again and don’t recommend anyone else to. Other family members room were completely nasty. Bed linen dirty, bathroom dirty, towels dirty and once again the floors were not clean. We have burnt marks on our bed sheets and stains. I’ve never stayed in anything so bad but not to worry because I will never stay in a super 8 ever again and usually I stay in something more expensive but because this was the hotel all the family was staying at I went ahead and booked here. I really wish I could get my money back. That’s how disappointing my stay has bee. There are also random people not staying at the hotel just hanging out around the entrance.

All the staff was delightful, very friendly. The telephone in our room was not working. The desk said the phone man was on his way to fix it, he never showed up. Our first morning there all our towels, washclothes were put on the floor. I had a beige color personal washcloth folded on the counter under my mirror. It was gone also. One of the cleaning staff took the liberty to take it. The staff said they were looking out and trying to find it. They did show me a yellow one but it was not mine. I know it surely should have been found as all the linens are WHITE. The cloth was made by Norwex and $10. Since it was not found, I have can only think it was taken out of the building.

Surprisenly disappointed

Good stay as usual
Good stay, iv stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Only bad thing about the stay is there were no towels or wash cloths in the room and had to ask for them, no big deal though, desk guy got us some and was very nice. Comfy and clean room as always.

We wanted an inexpensive one night stay for 5 people in 2 rooms. We really enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves. The staff was great and accomodating. The complimentary breakfast was a little sketchy. There were areas that needed cleaning. The motel was what we needed for our stay.

Property is convenient but that’s it. It should only be rated a one star due to unclean room, towels are stained! I had a dark footprint on a bath towel I was given. I had to leave 2 days early from my reservation and I could not get any refund although I explained my situation.

Nasty. Non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. Dirty dirty dirty. Wouldn't walk on floors without shoes. Bugs everywhere. Marijuana smell all over building. Thugs hanging out in parking lot. Towels stained and nasty looking. Use only if there are no other options and you are only staying one night. Motel 6 across street looked much cleaner and safer.

The location was good, the room was ok, but the so called breakfast offered was beyond lame, in fact to advertise it as a breakfast was a joke.

Filthy! Hairs, lots of hairs and stains in and on the bedding! Dog and human! Dust and dirt buld up on the floors and on the tables. Even an old piece of candy on the headboard. Toilet didn't work. Window unit smelled like mildew and bleach. Staff on duty was not knowledgeable, apologetic or helpful. We left immediately.

This Hotel was old and dirty. Bed sheets had blood or some other stain on them. Room floors were sticky from floor cleaner and dirt black on white towels while wiping floor. Hotel front doors were left open causing it to be warm and humid in lobby area and hallways to rooms. Towels and wash cloths were oily and dirty as though someone used them on a vehicle repair. Food crumbs were on cradle of phone. I was embarrassed to have paid as much as we did for our room and having my family experience such a shotty run facility. It is hard for me to believe that Wyndam or Expedia has not demanded higher standards to be provided at this Hotel. Very disappointed in all parties. Absolutely false advertisement from all involved.

No Frills
Hotel was very basic. Our room was clean, but the indoor pool was out of order. The hair dryer in our room also did not work. The staff did loan me a spare to use. The breakfast was limited also- cereal, waffles, bread to toast, and a few donuts (Little Debbie type). Overall, the pricing was good but we were slightly disappointed.
