We had a nice stay at Bawelsberger Hof, but only due the efforts of the receptionist who also doubled as the bar staff, the waitress at dinner AND took payments for the room. This had a knock on effect as when we were waiting to place our order for dinner, she was pouring drinks for another table. When we waited at the bar to be served drinks, she was on the phone with a client........you get the picture, can't be in two places at once. Thicker curtains are needed if your room faces the street- the hotel sign lights lit up my room like twilight. Apart from the above, everything about our stay was good- the room and bathroom, dinner, wifi and the menu range at breakfast. We will be back if we are coming through this area.
