Dear Sir, It is indeed inexplicable that you have evaluated GAIA guesthouse despite the fact you have never stayed at the guesthouse or even visited it. You did not show the date of your booking without any notice, due to your mistake in the reservation as you wrote in your email, although our personnel was trying to contact you until 3.00 am. You asked for a new reservation two days later, for a date that there was no availability. We did offer alternative dates which however were not accepted. It is evident that any logical person will realize that your comment is biased.
