Your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delayed check-in, elevator and power outage we understand that these issues caused frustration and we will investigate the issue that occurred during check in. Unfortunately, issues occur that our outside of our control, the power outage was due to a car accident causing our hotel and surrounding buildings to lose power for an hour.
