역 바로 앞이라 찾기 쉬워요!
브로츠와프 역 바로 앞에 있어서 찾기 쉽습니다. 다만 중심지까지는 도보 20분 소요 됩니다. 직원분이 친절하세요! 오래된 역사를 가진 호텔이라 낡고 오래되었지만 나름 지낼만 했습니다. 싱글룸에서 지냈는데 방 적당히 넓어서 생활하는데 불편하지 않았습니다. 물 끓일 수 있는 전기 포트와, 웰컴 티, 드라이기가 구비 되어 있으며 엘레베이터도 있습니다.

Centralt läge, men lite slitet. AC fungerade inte alls, varmt på rummet. Mörkläggningsgardin täckte mycket dåligt, ljus kom in på morgonen.

Great place but very noisy public transport outside - trams, buses, trains. If you are a light sleeper it is not for you.

Nice historical hotel but not run very well
The hotel had air-conditioning malfunction so throughout our whole 3 night stay in July (top of summer) we had to sleep with windows open and listen to the traffic outside. The reception said the air-conditioning will be fixed in August :) On the day of checkout the elevator had a malfunction and I had to carry two heavy (25 kg) pieces of luggage down the staircase. The drainage in my shower was stuck and it took the water 20-30 minutes to drain fully. Staff at reception was junior and not very helpful. When I asked for a spare room key to be able to access my kids' room they said they ran out of them due to high occupancy. Otherwise the hotel was ok for the price and location. I liked that the rooms had a historical feel to them, but seemed well maintained.

Good location, close to the railway station and public transport. Feels a bit like the time has stopped. Restaurant opens only for breakfast but breakfast had good choices. Room needed better hoovering not just the centre of the roo. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Overall, not bad for 1 night stay.

Nasty surprise.
I arrived to hotel Europejski at 3.30 am as my flight was delayed and I was told that my booking was moved to another hotel-Polonia. When I artived here receptionist wasn't aware and couldn'tfind my booking. After 15 minutes I finally received a room.Room wasn't clean, a bit stinky, no tea/coffee facilities and in general much lower standard that I booked.The only socket to charge my phone was in the bathroom. At 9.20 housekeeper woke me up trying to unlock the door. I wasn't informed about change of the hotel which was apparently known earlier. Overall it was a dreadful experience.

I had a wonderful stay! For the past month I have accommodated some of the Ukrainian families in this hotel. All the staff were great, especially, Jacob, he was always with a heartwarming smile. Many thanks to Hotel Europejski Wroclaw and all of their staff for their wonderful hospitality ❤️

I stayed at the hotel for nearly 3 weeks. The hotel was conveniently located a block away from the train station and shopping center but 18 minutes walk to the town center. The staff were all pleasant, especially Andre, he was excellent and very helpful, always with a smile on his face. I recommend the hotel.

Leider eine Enttäuschung.
Das Hotel hat eine sehr zentrale Lage in der nähe des Bahnhofs und der, sehr schönen, Altstadt. Das war es aber leider auch mit den positiven Aspekten. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr abgewohnt und die sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Mein Zimmer wurde am ersten Tag nur nach Aufforderung gereinigt, danach gar nicht mehr. Das ist ein "no go". In der letzten Nacht funktionierte auch meine Karte nicht mehr. Kann passieren, sollte es aber nicht. Das Frühstück würde ich als mittelmäßig beschreiben. Alles in allem kann ich die sehr guten Bewertungen in keinster Weise nachvollziehen und würde von einer Buchung abraten.

Renoviertes Gründerzeithotel nahe Bahnhof
Das Hotel liegt für Bahn- und Busreisende sehr günstig nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof und Busbahnhof entfernt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Innenstadt sind gleichfalls zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist aus der Gründerzeit (ehem. Hotel Hohenzollernhof) und liegt in einem schönen Gründerzeitviertel, dem sich die historische Altstadt anschließt. Im Rahmen der Renovierung wurden auch Schallschutzfenster eingebaut, so daß Verkehrslärm kein Problem mehr ist. Das Rezeptionspersonal spricht sehr gut englisch und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel wurde vollständig renoviert. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind geschmackvoll in historischem Stil eingerichtet. Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Gefrühstückt habe ich in einem der zahlreichen Cafés in der Umgebung. Ich habe mich im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

The location is super conveniente because only few steps away from the central station of Wroclaw. The hotel is a bit dated although it is visible that money has been spent to renovate it. The reception staff was welcoming despite the very late hour of my check-in, and in fact they were gracious also to lend me a charging cable for my phone. The most disappointing part is the cleanliness: there is no consistency. The sheets for instance were immaculate and smelled fresh; but the carpet in the room was filthy; in the bathroom there was a glass that still had residues of the drink from the previous occupant. Breakfast offering was wide, but I was welcomed by a waitress who absolutely needed my breakfast voucher, so I had to go fetch it. Anyway, the food was good and prepared with a certain degree of attention. On the other hand, the quality of some of the products was very average (orange juice, etc). I would go back only if there were no alternatives.
