Dear John,I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to you for taking the time to provide us with such valuable feedback.Please accept my apologies, as I can clearly see that there were some aspects of your stay that fell short of meeting your expectations, along with some operational oversights that most definitely need addressed. As you mentioned on your comments, Lough Eske Castle Hotel, is a luxury country hotel, that although conveniently located near Donegal Town, it does require a short drive through the forest and fields in order to reach our main entrance. We believe this short drive to compensate for the beautiful setting and surroundings you encounter once you reach the castle. Nevertheless, I believe of utmost importance for our reservations team to provide information about the need for the arrangement of transportation at an additional cost if you are not arriving on your own vehicle. I will most certainly address this with our Reservations agents. Among the issues you experienced, the ones that caused me most concern were the cleanliness oversights you mentioned. These have been of much discussion with the corresponding departmental manager, and we will personally take every necessary action for an issue of this nature not to reoccur in the future. Please rest assured that the same process will take place to address the issues you encountered with the Front Office services. I would like to reiterate my apologies in reference to the construction taking place at the moment. It is with the best of our intentions that we have initiated a building extension project, which will host 25 new suites, and which we believe will be of great benefit to our guests and their experience enhancement. During this time, we are making every effort to allocate our guests rooms away from any disturbance. From what I can see, the room you stayed in should have not experienced any, as located far from such. Please accept my sincerest apologies if your stay was at all affected by this ongoing construction. Once again, I am truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your stay on this occasion.
