주변 인프라와 경치는 좋으나 시설이 좀 오래되었고 방 실내 카페트 관리 상태가 불량이고 아침식사 또한 맛이 좋지않고 종류도 적었음. 직원들은 전반적으로 친절함

나쁘지 않아요.
동허이에는 무엉탄 계열의 호텔이 2개가 있어요. 잘 확인을 하고 예약을 하셔야 합니다. 제가 묵은 이 호텔의 경우에는 사람이 많이 없어요. 처음에 갔을 때 텔레비전이 안나오고 화장실 불이 안 나오는 문제가 있었어요. 수리를 해주기는 했지만 소음이 심했던 부분은 고쳐주지 않았어요.

그냥 하룻밤 묵어가는 곳.
동호이에서 비행기를 타기위해 하루 머무른 숙소였는데 객실 상태나 호텔상태는 무난함. 아침 조식은 먹을만한것 없이 허전함. 동호이라는 지역이 관광객이 많지않은 동네라 그런지 조용하고 많은 사람을 위한 서비스가 없음. 저렴한 가격에 하룻밤 지내는것으로는 괜찮음. 바로 앞 해변은 산책하기엔 괜찮으나 물에 발 담그는건 추천하지 않음.

Friendly staff. They let us check in at 11 am it was very helpful. But cleaness of the hotel wasn't good. There was fungus all over the bathroom.

Hotel is vlakbij strand.
Ze waren het hotel aan restaureren. Het hele hotel stond erg steek naar verf. We hebben in twee dagen tijd drie kamers gehad. Ontbijt is erg teleurstellend je hebt bijna niets. Ik vind het geen vier sterren waard.

Leisure Stay
first room of subpar and shower only ran hot water which made it impossible to take a shower but was transferred and upgraded to a better quality room. this is definitely a 3-star property not a 4-star or 5-star property. The gym, if you can even call it that, was nothing more than a home bicycle and a home treadmill with just a few dumbells & 1 lower back machine. Breakfast was ok. Made mysrlf some nice omletts. Toiletries & hairdryer were in the room. Slippers were not new!! Website claims 4 restaurants but there is only 1. Web claims steam room, but there is none.

River front hotel.
We were told we'd been upgraded to a deluxe room. This had a separate seating area. One of the sideboards had become detached from the wall leaving the nails used to attach it to the wall exposed at the back and divots in the wall where it should have been attached. The plug in the sink was stuck in place and couldn't be moved. We called the front desk to get this repaired. Their solution was to remove the plug completely! We now couldn't draw a bowl of water! The swimming pool was outside the front of the hotel. Due to the large amount of road traffic about, there was a constant exhaust smell. There seemed to be no swimming pool attendant in situ and it was hard to get anyone to give us a towel each. Whilst we used the pool there we're several small boys using the pool under the direction of a nanny or parent. These children were not babies and it was not necessary for them not to be dressed properly without a swimming costume and were naked, apart from the life jackets they were wearing. This party had a small dog which ran around chasing people in this group. Finally when the dog went into the pool to swim about, we left. There was generally a lack of supervision to ensure that the pool was used correctly and not as a bath and dog wash! A tree near the pool dropped its leaves into the water. There was no attempt to clear this up apart from the early morning clean. The dining room was not tidied up during the meal service, leaving food spilt on the floor during the meal.

Magnifique hôtel
Le meilleur hôtel que nous avons eu durant nos 15 jours au Vietnam pour ce prix. La chambre avait une fenêtre panoramique avec vue sur le lac, les pêcheurs, la plage ... Endroit tranquille et facile d'accès pour visiter "Paradise Cave".

Nice hotel for a short stay
The hotel is walking distance to the town, is a quite town compare to other cities in Vietnam. The breakfast wasn't good for us, not much options, and the options there are not very healthy, greasy or good if you like an Asian breakfast but not so good if you don't like that option. The room is comfortable, bed is nice, except for the tub that doesn't have a curtain for a shower, so you ended making a complete water mess in the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel - language barrier extreme
The hotel sales manager was outstanding and wanted to make our stay wonderful. The only downside was the staff spoke NO English (outside the front desk). We were served the wrong food and I couldn't get a massage due to lack of communication. I ended up having a massage at another hotel and was so relieved I could be understood. The hotel is beautiful but the language barrier was extremely frustrating. We noticed that this hotel is used for large travel groups where the guides stayed with them to translate for them. This hotel would be great if the staff could speak some English.

Great River view
Nice view and we enjoyed our stay. It is a little removed from restaurant and other businesses. Nice walk along the river. TV reception was breaking up and garbled. WiFI worked fine. Interesting feature with picture window bathroom that allowed you to see the river while in the shower.

The hotel was very average. It didn't feel like a 4* hotel. Our room was tired and the 'gym' was a few dumbells and a couple of old machines. Breakfast was underwhelming and some of the restaurant staff seemed unhappy. The front of house staff were pleasant enough and let us check in early. We left after one night and stayed in town at a much better place for half the price.

Beds uncomfortable but the norm for this area, no AC in all common area, no towels at pool so had to go to front desk and wait, problems with door so had engineering come fix, front desk helpful and responsive to all of the little fixes. Breakfast buffet was poor-slow to refill, skimping on the meats, low quality of products, over cooked meals, very basic.

Schönes Hotel am Strand, jedoch abseits der Stadt
Die großen Zimmer sind hervorragend. Das Personal an der Lobby war sehr zuvorkommend. Frückstücksraum hatte "sozialistisches" Flair, Speisen und deren Präsenation waren nicht sehr ansprechend, Personal im Speisesaal etwas überheblich. Hinter der "Eierbrat-Station" stapelten sich leere Styropor-Boxen.

Nice hotel with great beach view
We are a group of Viet-Ame volunteers travelling all over Vietnam to hand out scholarships for underprivileged kids in remote areas (places where motorbikes can't even get in). Therefore we need rooms that are inexpensive yet comfortable enough so we can recovered. The Muong Thanh franchise offers such solution. We can have 3 to 4 people in a room for about $40 a night including breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant 3 night stay. The front desk staff were great. We got us some discount due to the pool being closed for maintenance. Ms. Trang and her manager were kind enough not to charge us for a lost card key although their policy says otherwise. (I know!!! They'd charge you for those keys). This unwise policy creates a lot of unfortunate and awkward moments between the dissatisfied customers and the eager to help front desk staff.

Perfect for a pit stop just to rest and relax
Needed to rest and relax after roughing it in Phong Nha. This was the perfect place to do so. Not much going on in this area of Dong Hoi and decent restaurants are about a ten minute walk away. But the hotel itself was nice and well maintained. Our room did smell a little bit like cigarettes but letting the air conditioner run on max for a few minutes seemed to help clear the room.

Brand new hotel but not in central location
The room looks great and is well designed with see through bathroom. Breakfast is quite good. However, the location is far away from everything. The beach is mainly for viewing, not swimming in. Consider this as a resting base for you to explore all the caves here, as there's not much other activities to do anyway.

Nice staff poor room
Room was clean and staff were nice and very accommodating . Unfortunately the air conditioning cranked to full would not cool down the room, the bed was hard and springy, shower was combined with bath tub, breakfast was very substandard with limited selection, no pastries, dry food and for a 5 star hotel I expected more. Smoking in eating areas seems to be an accepted custom in Vietnam but I still was put off when someone started while we were having breakfast. To their credit I gave them the same review on check out and they seemed very receptive to change and improvement.

中心地から少し離れてる点を除けば、文句無しのホテルです。 部屋も広いので、ゆっくりできますし、ホテルのプールで涼んでもいいです。 ツアーの手配や両替など、殆どのことは、フロントにお願いすれば快く対応してくれました。

Ordentliches Hotel mit Pool
Hotel wird fast ausschließlich von Asiaten gebucht, dementsprechend ist das Hotel auch auf asiatische Gäste ausgerichtet. Trotzdem hat war das Hotel in Ordnung - Zimmer schön, Pool ebenfalls - die Anlage könnte etwas mehr gepflegt werden. Leider derzeit große Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel - Hotel wird erweitert. Wehrmutstropfen: Strand vor dem Hotel nicht benutzbar (Flussmündung ins Meer). Der versprochene Strand erfordert einen größeren Fußmarsch (heiß) oder Taxi zu einem hübschen Public Beach.

Average 3-star hotel
We got a superior room on the 3rd floor overlooking the entrance and swimming pool. The noise level wasn't so bad, maybe because we stayed during weekday. The room was clean overall, but the shower curtain was dirty. The rain shower didn't work very well. Breakfast was average, same as service. Good location! There are some decent and cheap local seafood stalls opposite (along the beach) if you'd like to try!

Confortable rooms
Nice hotel in front of the beach. But you cannot swim in the Sea in front of the hotel because it is forbidden. You have to walk 500 meter left. Not in the center of the town but away from mess and noises. Breakfast good for Asian, less for European.

Nice hotel overlooking the bay
This is a very nice hotel wit a good view of the bay. It is new, spacious. The staffs are very friendly but do not speak English very well. The breakfast is very good. Overall, it is very good. And the rates are quite low.

Worst hotel in vietnam
Hotel totally run down, stinky, filthy, wallpaper torn off walls, holes and stains in carpet, restaurant has foul smell disgusting old food-, no one speaks any english- the hotel has no air conditioning- tv didnt work , tiles in bathroom so slippery-hazardous, no housekeepin, staff sits around pool smoking- this hotel is a one star hotel, under no circumstances would i recommend this hotel, its more like a run down hostel

Comfy, clean and quiet
At this time of year this hotel is a great value. Superbly located for a walk on the beach and a 3 min bike ride to the city centre. Breakfast is varied buffet style with fresh juice and lots of choice. The staff friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Great view from the room to watch the fishing boat activity.

Modern hotel, right on the beach
If you are looking for a beachside modern hotel then this one is for you. Room was very comfortable, with good lighting apart from the bathroom. Large restaurant with good meals, missed not having an egg option for breakfast but a good range of food was provided. Views right over the beach but looked like strong tides/ rips. Staff were terrific, showed initiative in looking after us and always pleasant. Massage service was excellent, one of the best I have had in Asia and a very reasonable cost. Location is away from the centre of Dong Hoi so need a taxi to get to other restaurants in centre of Town. Easy to hire a motor bike for the day, quieter regional city and safe for tourists to ride in. Lovely city and very friendly locals!

Best of the worst
It looks much better on the photos and we were coming from a wonderful hotel experience for the same price but this was a disappointment. The hotel lacks maintainace overall. The pool was not clean and staff were not very helpful; we asked on the phone if they had towels at the pool and they said "yes". We went to the pool without towels and we realized they had none at the pool area. We asked 3 staff members of they could bring us towels as we didnt want to walk all the way to our room dripping water. The 3 staff people said "no" and finally the receptionist came and said we had towels in our room. I explained I had asked on the phone but she insisted there were not towels available on the pool. I got annoyed and asked a last time because I just could not believe how hard it was to allow us to use more towels, when I just saw the housekeeping ladies with a bunch of them. The receptionist finally agreed to give is some. The hot water sistem was not working, we tried to have a warm shower but it would change without touching the tap from burning hot to cold. On the other hand, some staff were really kind and helpful but it was not the general experience during our stay.

A good base to visit paradise cave.
We stayed in the delux rooms which were very comfortable. Good sized bed, living area, and a nice bathroom. We stayed two nights so that we could visit Phong Nha-Ke Bang and Paradise Cave. It is an easy 1 hour trip from the hotel. There is a nice pool and pool area, clean and well maintained. The beach was attractive but not suitable for swimming directly in front of the hotel. You could swim in a designated area about 10 minutes walk away. Not much English was spoken by the staff.

Kurzum- nicht empfehlenswert! Wir würden dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen!!!! grundsätzlich ist es ein großes modernes Hotel das wohl noch gar nicht so alt sein muss ( in der karte des ortes die das hotel ausgibt ist es jedenfalls nicht eingezeichnet). positives zuerst: -der Pool ist eine willkommene Abkühlung nach dem gelungenen phong nha cave ausflug und ist in gutem zustand -Zimmer sind groß u sehen sehr edel aus Das wars auch schon! Negativ: -sehr unangenehm ist uns der service aufgefallen!!!! im vergleich auch zu deutlich günstigeren hotels in vietnam, war dies mit abstand der schlechteste service den wir auf unserer reise erlebt haben!! - man hat das gefühl man ist als europäer nicht wirklich willkommen - das personal muss mehrmals um Kleinigkeiten gebeten werden bevor einem der Wunsch erfüllt wird (z.b. Zugticket buchen... Hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert... Wir haben am ende selber einen local bus gechartert da das personal auch nach 3 tägiger Vorlaufzeit nicht im stande war ein ticket zu buchen) - auf nachfrage nach dem ausflugsangebot in schriftlicher form, welches uns eine relativ freundlich Dame der Rezeption morgens zeigte, sagte die Rezeptionsdame am mittag das gäbe es nicht. Als wir auf die Schublade zeigten öffnete sie diese kurz und sagte dann es sei nicht mehr da. - das gesamte personal inklusive Rezeption spricht schlecht englisch (bei einem Hotel dieser Größe sehr verwunderlich) --> man hat auch manchmal das Gefühl sie geben vor nichts zu verstehen um weniger Arbeit zu haben - Poolbereich hat eine bar, die jedoch in unserem 3 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht einmal besetzt war - große Fensterflächen, aber derart verschmutzt, dass es schon peinlich ist! Vor allem im Eingangsbereich! - flecken auf den Sitzmöbeln vor allem auf den Polstersesseln der Lobby, risse in der wand - liebsloses frühstück mit großer Auswahl, aber mindere Qualität!!!
