Fabulous stay - loved it !
We had a fabulous time in Swanage and Sarah was kind enough to call in advance to check what time we were arriving and advised us on where to park upon arrival. This is a beautiful B&B and we felt very welcomed upon arrival despite the Covid situation, our host was very compliant with masks and sanitisers around the house. They also served a fabulous Continental breakfast basket to be eaten in our rooms due to the Covid situation. The room we were given was very spacious and lovely with lots of light. Overall my husband & I had a fabulous stay in Swanage and we’d like to thank Sarah for her wonderful hospitality.

Lovely BnB in great location
Beautiful accommodation and room, bnb in excellent location. Very small en-suite shower room. Unfortunately due to Covid 19 concerns the recommended fantastic cooked breakfast was not provided, only a continental style breakfast in a basket left outside the room. It was ok, croissants were fresh. Towels were only changed twice and bed linen once, we were there for a week. Would like to revisit when pandemic is over. Located close to best part of the beach and lots of good restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Great base for sightseeing and walks.

Very pleasant room and hotel is in a convenient location for the town and beach. Good breakfast. Clean room.

Perfect stay
We spent two nights at Arbour House during June 2019. Sarah and Frazer were excellent hosts and their lovely house was perfectly located and wonderfully welcoming! The rooms were very clean and well appointed and the breakfast was brilliant. I would highly recommend.

Arbour guest house, Swanage
Very friendly run guest house. Made to feel welcome on arriving. Room excellent and clean. Breakfast was great. Quiet area of Swanage but still convenient for the town and railway.

A short break in Swanage.
A great choice, food was wonderful. Sarah and Frazer could not have been nicer. Spotlessly clean. Had a smashing few days here, would definitely go back. Thanks both.

Great trip to Swanage.
Spent 3 nights, very comfort, large bedroom, bright with large windows, shower room with high quality bath amenities. Very comfortable bed. Enjoyed breakfast each morning with a menu that offered sufficient choice....had full English each day, very well cooked. The owners, Sarah and Frazer were very helpful with local information and directions.....made us feel right at home. Top marks for this B & B. Will stay again if we go back to Swanage. Recommend several restaurants, La Trattoria, the Upper Deck and Bliss. For drinks, recommend The East Bar. Enjoyed Swanage.

Lovely B&B
My husband & I stayed here for the Blues Festival as it is a short walk into the centre of Swanage. Sarah & Fraser were excellent hosts & made us feel very welcome. The room was spotless & comfortable with lovely smelling soaps in the bathroom. Delicious & filling breakfast to set you up for the day! Would definitely stay here again & highly recommend it to friends & family.

What a lovely place, Sarah and Fraser were so welcoming. Breakfast was superb and if we had a very very slight could have been bigger moment it would be that the bathroom was a little 'compact'. otherwise a really great place.

Great break in Swanage.
Excellent B&B, very friendly, spotlessly clean. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Although not on the sea front it is only a few minutes walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. Perfect for a relaxing break.

Excellent place to stay for lots of reasons
Lovely, comfortably place to stay. Food was fresh and cooked to perfection. Close to the beach. Sarah and Fraser made us feel so welcome and gave us the best places to eat, as well as walks to try. Can definitely recommend and run by very two nice people.

A Real Find, a lovely Hideaway
Our stay was everything we hoped for, the cleanliness was outstanding, the breakfast was brought fast and beautifully cooked, I would certainly recommend Arbour House for comfort and value and friendliness, we certainly aim to stay again

Convenient location
Booked to stay during a busy weekend in Swanage. We arrived early (before check in time) and luckily managed to get a parking place opposite the hotel as by check in time both off road places were taken. The room we were in was clean, bed was comfortable although for us the duvet was too warm (a common occurrence with hotels and B&B's). The en-suite bathroom, although small, was well equipped and with a good shower. Breakfast was good - fresh fruit salad, choice of cooked food, ample toast and pastries being available.

Great B&B centrally located
A warm welcome awaits from Sarah and Frazer who simply want to please and make your stay enjoyable. Superb breakfast, quality of food outstanding. I don't think I can say anything negative about Arbour House, the rooms are spotless and nothing left wanting. Even the wifi worked! Look forward to staying again.

Perfect location.
The Room was immaculately clean and the bed comfortable. Water, teabags and biscuits replenished daily. We spent four nights there and everything was perfect although the ensuite was very small. We would definately go again but would choose a room with bigger facilities. It was the perfect location for us as we love coastal walking and we could leave the car behind in the evenings as very close to Swanage.Hosts very nice.

We had a great holiday at Arbour House. Everything was superb, very comfortable bedroom, the breakfast was so good , plenty of options. Sarah and Frazer treated us so well and made our stay in Swanage very happy.

Great Stay in Swanage
Arbour House B&B is lovely house in a quiet road. We stayed for two nights. Very clean, well maintained room. On street free parking was not a problem. A friendly welcome by Sarah and a very tasty full English breakfast. We will return!

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und alles ist sehr, sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist wirklich hervorragend - Croissant mit Rührei und Lachs - ist sehr zu empfehlen. Zu dritt ist es ganz schön eng, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ist es völlig okay.

Super B&B right by the beach
Sarah and Fraser have created a B&B with a really homely feel. They made us feel at home from the moment we walked through the door. The room was super clean and beautiful with a wonderful view of swanage. The breakfast was equally as great as the whole experience! I would certainly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Swanage! Truly excellent B&B!!!

A must visit B and B
Extremely clean light airy room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious made with good quality products. Proprietors friendly and welcoming. Small fridge in dining room for guests to use which was a nice touch. Perfect location for beach and town which is a pleasant 10 minute walk along the sea front. Only reason location not given a 5 was due to early morning road noise (which we aren't used to) as we had all windows open, but that's beyond anyone's control- house is on a corner. This wouldn't put us off visiting again and would highly recommend it. Thank you.
